"I might be wrong, it's hard to tell but..."

"What's wrong?" Derek asked

"I think I see something here, it's not a bad thing. See for yourself."

Bailey turned the screen to Meredith and Derek.

"That looks like..." Bailey said with a smile

"A baby." Derek replied with a smile across his face

Meredith looked over at Derek with her mouth open and smiling.

"We're gonna have another baby" Derek said as he leaned down to kiss Meredith

"Congratulations, you're about 11 weeks" Bailey said as she put the ultrasound machine away and left.

"Another baby?" Meredith asked in shock

"Are you nervous?" Derek responded

"Well- I just recovered from a car crash and I'll still be recovering WHILE pregnant. I just think it's a lot."

"I know, but you'll have me helping you through all of it."

Derek kissed her forehead and sat down as he stroked her hair.

"I love you so much." Meredith said as they stared at each other

"I love you too"

Cristina walked back into the room.

"Woah what's with the staring at each other? I get it you're in love but don't shove it in everyone's faces jeez."

Meredith laughed and Derek chuckled

"I'll leave you two alone to catch up for a bit." Derek said as he left

"What's going on? Did he like propose again or something?"

"Cristina" Meredith laughed

"Okay but seriously, tell me."

"I'm pregnant"

"Wait, really?"

Meredith nodded and Cristina hugged her

"Congrats!"

"Thank you"

"I hate to ruin the mood or vibe or whatever but, I have to go back to Switzerland later today. There's a meeting I can't miss tomorrow and since you're doing better I'm gonna go."

"Is this about Owen?"

"Yes and no, it's just so awkward and weird between us. You're all better now so I have to go."

"Goodbye... again." Meredith said as she hugged Cristina

Cristina walked out and into the lobby. She saw Owen talking to some nurses so she tried sneaking out before he could see her.

"Cristina!" Owen shouted when he saw her leaving

"Hey."

"Why are you leaving?"

"I have to go back to my job, and Meredith's fine now." Cristina walked away and Owen stood there watching as she walked off.

Derek walked back into Meredith's room to find her sleeping. Meredith didn't sleep that much today so Derek went into daycare to see his kids.

"Hey Zola and Bailey!"

"Dad!" They both shouted as they ran into Derek's arms

"Where's Mommy?" Zola asked

"She's asleep, when she wakes up maybe you guys can see her. Okay?"

"Okay" Bailey said before Zola could say anything
