Jake's pov
I have been in prison for around two months now, I'm already hating it and I'm pretty sure the inmates hate having a cop her as well so it's not going great. Everyday I think about seeing my family and friends again , the thought of not being able to see Liv until she's 18 breaks me , I can only phone her every month for a certain amount of time. I decided to get a phone in prison meaning I had to acquire some money from somewhere , luckily I had Charles for that.
He arrived on visiting day with the same shoes as me but his had money in the bottom of them , we switched shoes under the table and smuggled the money in very easily.

Visiting time was over and I left with the money in my shoe , heading back to my cell to greet Caleb.
"So how did it go?" He asks me.
"It went great" I reply while taking my shoe off "Got the money"
"Nice"
"So when do we get this phone?"
"Yard time , don't worry I'll arrange it"
"Thanks Caleb"
"No problem bud"
Livs pov
My dad has been in prison for around 2 months and I have began to accept it , I got a boyfriend called Nathan now , he's sweet and pretty good looking. I play Xbox with him and Jordan a lot , we met through Jordan so I guess he's to thank for it all. I have been going on runs daily because I haven't been to soccer practice recently.

I was just chilling in my living room when I get a text from an unknown number.
Unknown: yo liv itz ur dad
Me: thats not possible stop texting me
Unknown: im not lying liv look ill even send a pic

Me: dad i hate talking about things like this
Dad 2.0: sorryyy so wat going on in ur lyfe
Me: well i got a boyfriend
Dad 2.0: whattt
Me: Chill im 15
Dad 2.0: i am chill but you better not replace me
Me: i wont
Dad 2.0: wat his name
Me: nathan
Dad 2.0: cant wait to meet him
Me: i doubt you will meet him
Dad 2.0: y tho
Me: ur in prison and i doubt we will last 15 years
Dad 2.0: well u know im innocent and the squad will get me out
Me: yh ur innocent but they cant figure it out
Dad 2.0: thats not very positive
Me: well im not positive person
Dad 2.0: thats not true but i gtg now tell ur mom to answer her phone when she get home

I switched off my phone and got ready to meet Jordan so we can go the mall. I wore simple nike leggings and a hoodie because I couldn't be bothered to dress up.
I met Jordan at the bus station and we headed to the mall which wasn't far but we didn't want to walk. I sat there on my phone playing some random idle game , I hadn't gone back to social media yet I couldn't handle it.
"Why don't you go back on insta?" Jordan asked me.
"No" I shot him a look.
"They miss you"
"Well I'm figuring everything out right now Jordan and I don't wanna deal with the hate and criticism" I sigh "I don't care what people think I'm just emotionally drained"
"I know how you feel"
I hold out my fist to fistbump him "Best depressed buds"
"Best depressed buds" He giggles.
We chat for a few minutes until we arrive at the mall , we go in tons if shops that I begged him to go into. I felt bad but I let him go in his shops aswell but I went in more than him and took a bit more time.
"So are you coming to this party next week?" Jordan asks.
"What party?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Oh you don't know?"
"What"
"One of Nathans friends is having a party I figured you would be going seeing as you're his boyfriend"
"He never mentioned it"
"Oh well you should come"
"I will"
"We are going if you do anything to do with drugs"
I roll my eyes "I'm not gonna do that anyway"
"I know I'm just letting you know"
"Thanks"
We hung around the mall for a while , we got food at a small cafe there , chatted and got back on the bus to head home. We arrived at the bus station and parted ways.
