I gripped my horses reigns hard as I rode my horse as fast as possible to warn the guys that danger was coming. The hair whipped through my hair with more force than it ever had and I swear it felt as if I was going so quick I was flying. I made my way over the sand colored hill and luckily I was able to spot the guys all sitting around a small fire warming up their fingers and cooking some food.

"It's time to leave!" I yelled out of breath. All their heads shot in my direction and Billy spoke up and asked "Why what's wrong?" while raising an eyebrow. "Murphy's gang is coming right now we don't have much time." I said making my horse walk in a small circle. "Come on boys let's go." Billy said gathering the few things that he had. The other guys followed suit and ran to their horses hopping onto their backs smoothly.

When we all started to ride of into the distance I made sure to stay as close as I could to Billy, ever since I had joined the Regulators Billy has always protected me better than anyone ever had in my life. He would constantly make sure that I was alright and no one was bothering me. To be honest, this whole protective thing has really caused me to develop a massive liking to the infamous outlaw. I have a feeling he might like me too, but I wouldn't dare ruin what we had by saying how I feel.

After a while I turned my head around to see if there was anyone coming behind us. I couldn't help but let out a breath when I didn't see anyone anywhere near us. "You see anything Y/n?" Billy asked looking at me. "No nothing thank God." I said with a smirk on my lips. Billy smirked back and we continued to ride on into the warm colored horizon.

We rode for quite a bit more and eventually stopped at this really pretty looking rock formation to camp out for the night. The sun had already set so now all that was above us was the stars and the moon that was shining so brightly that it made it easy to see everything that was around us.

I turned to the saddle of my horse and pulled off a blanket so that I could stay warm out here in the cold night air. I found a spot on the rock formation that was kind of elevated on the ground and laid down using my coat as a pillow and then afterwards I covered myself up with a blanket. I looked up at the big black sky above me as I heard a voice that I recognized to be Billy's ask "Would you mind if I sleep near you tonight?" in a polite manner. He found a spot a couple of feet away from me and the two us tried to go asleep, but I couldn't help but shiver and feel as if my body was going to go numb due to the cold.

"Hey Y/n how about you come over here with me and we could keep eachother warm?" Billy said and I smiled a little bit before responded "That sounds amazing." Billy let out a small laugh and I did the same as I crawled under the blankets with him already feeling his body heat engulfing me. I rested my head on his chest and I swear I could feel that Billy was smiling even though I didn't actually look at him. He wrapped his arms around my body and made sure that I stayed close to him as I drifted off to sleep. It was actually quite amusing, a couple of minutes after I laid down with him I fell asleep and stayed asleep all night.

"Hey lovebirds get up." Dave said nudging Billy with his foot. I opened my eyes and I sat up removing my head from Billy's chest. Billy rubbed his eyes before mimicking my action and sitting up as well. "I'm glad that you guys finally made your relationship official." Dave said smiling. I couldn't help but feel my cheeks heat up at that comment. I turned my head though and looked back at Billy who was smiling at me as if to say that we were definately a thing. "Yeah me too." I responded with a massive smile on my face. Billy wrapped his arms around my waist and engulfed me in a hug as the two of us completely woke up.

It was about time that we became a thing.
