Arnav dialed Aman's number right after breakfast

"Goodmorning ASR" Aman greeted him

"Morning. Aman,cancel all my meetings for the day" Arnav said shocking Aman

"Er..ASR. We have a meeting with the Italian delegates today" Aman said

"Ask Akash to attend it. And I need you to buy a gift for me" Arnav said

"Gift for you??"

"I mean. Gift for Kushi. Buy a ladies hand bag. The best in the store" Arnav said remembering Kushi's torn bag

"Sure Sir" Aman said

"I want it immediately Aman. Buy it and send it with Mohan to Laxmi Nagar" Aman said and hung up the phone.

The gift reached Laxmi Nagar within an hour and Arnav smirked

Kushi would love it.

She would be so happy. He remembered the smile on her face when she saw the bangles he bought for her during Akash's wedding.

She was angry only because he refused to admit he bought it.

But that won't be the case today. He will give her the gift directly.

"Kushi" he called out seeing her clearing the dining table.

Kushi looked at him and sighed.

"Yes Arnav ji"

"Gift for you" he extended the package towards her

She opened the cover and found a plain beige color handbag

"Gift? But you didn't know it was my birthday. Then how did you bring a gift?" She asked

"I bought it now"

"You didn't go out. Then how did you buy it??"

"I arranged for it Kushi" Arnav said with a frown. He didn't expect her to ask these many questions

She was supposed to grin and hug him happily for the gift. Not question him

"Arranged?? How??"

"I asked Aman"

"Aman ji bought it??" Kushi asked and dialed Aman's number

"Hello Aman ji"

"Ji Kushi Ma'am" Aman said

"Uffo Aman ji. How many times do I tell you not to call me Ma'am"

"Uh. Sorry bhabhi"

"Not that either. Just call me Kushi ,like you used to when I worked in AR. Nothing really changed" Kushi said and Arnav glared at her furiously
