Nearly four months passed by after the fateful night when Arnav Singh Riazada lost the reason for his happiness. His Kushi.

He had turned into an ever harder workaholic

His days passed by working like a maniac and closing one deal after other.

His nights. The better part of his nights were spend outside the Gupta House in Laxmi nagar, simply watching his woman.

He so wanted to go and get her back.

But he stopped himself from doing that.

This is time for her to achieve her dreams and Arnav Singh Raizada will not be an obstruction to her dreams.

During the initial days, the people from Laxmi Nagar would stop by to enquire why he was sitting in the car and watching the Gupta House.

"Arre damad ji. Why are you sitting here. Why don't you go inside" Vimala maasi had asked him the first day.

He had smiled and refused.

"Damad ji. Do you want me to call Kushi to come here?" Narmada chachi has asked him the next day

"No chachi. She is having exams. I don't want to distract her. Please don't tell her that I'm here" Arnav asked

Narmada chachi smiled

"Thank god it is clear now. People were talking you know. Why she is staying in her mayka just after six months of marriage. She is here because she wants to study" Narmada chachi came to a conclusion of her own and Arnav didn't correct her.

Arnav was sitting on the recliner with his laptop open.

He was gazing at Kushi's photo taken during the AR calendar photoshoot.

She was looking absolutely gorgeous in it.

His phone rang and it was a call from his trusted PA Aman.

"Yeah Aman."

"ASR. Mr Roy dropped your new will at the office." Aman informed

"Great. Keep it in my locker" Arnav said

He had asked his legal team to make a new will with Kushi as the main beneficiary

If something happens to him fifty percent of his properties goes to Kushi. And twenty percent each to Anjali and Akash. And the remaining ten percent to NK

"Chotte" Arnav looked up to see his sister with a bundle in her arms.

Arnav took the little bundle from her sister and made space for her to sit.

Baby Niara was born prematurely,but was thriving well.

"Hello Naira." Arnav greeted his niece

"Chotte. Why are you not doing anything to get Kushi ji back?" Anjali asked in confusion

She still remembers the promise Arnav made on that last night

Anjali had came out of her misery and heartbreak and looked around only to see a gaping hole where her family's happiness had been

What an ironic name, Anjali thought
