Hospital Visits

Derek awoke to pitiful screams. As he lifted his head away from the steering wheel his fingers felt wet as he touched his face. It was blood. He groaned in pain and looked over to the passengers seat to find it empty. But the door was open. He thought that she must have gotten out to get help until he heard his name

"Derek, I'm down here help" It was y/n, he could barley hear through the ringing in his ears but it was clearly y/n. But she sounded so far away. "Derek please help me"

He opened the door and walked out. But he saw the flashing blue and red lights in the distance. Y/n's screams were more spaced out and they became quieter and quieter. Until they were gone. He watched JJ, Hotch and Spencer got out of the SUV as they approached. They all ran over to him on the side of the road.

"I have to go Y/n called for me" he tried to push past everyone but they stopped him

Hotch held on to Derek "You are bleeding and it looks like your arm is broken so you are staying here to wait for the medics"

"Where's Y/n" Spencer went to go look inside the car but she wasn't there, he ran back in a panic

"She told me that I was going too fast I should've listened" Derek was weak himself and started to put all his bodyweight on Hotch, Spencer assumed he had a concussion

"Where is she" Spencer held Derek's face up

"It's my fault"

"Morgan where is she" Spencer's grip on Derek tightened

He didn't respond, he slowly turned his head towards the steep hill. Spencer turned his head and immediately ran towards the edge and tried to make it down the best way he could without slipping. JJ struggling to follow behind. Once he made it to the bottom he saw Y/n passed out on the floor full of dirt and leaves with a large tree branch sticking out from her stomach. Her clothes were ripped and dirty, her face was bruised and there was bleeding coming from a wound on her head. Spencer assumed she would have been fine if she stayed in the car.

"Spence what do you see" Spencer heard JJ's voice call out far behind him

Spencer snapped out of his trance and kneeled over y/n's body. He removed the FBI jacket he was wearing and attempted to stop the bleeding. "Y/n wake up" he moved the hair that was draped over her face and attempted to hold her closer

"Where are the medics!" he yelled out

"Oh god" JJ stepped closer and stood behind Spencer

Spencer leaned down and kissed Y/n's forehead and began to speak soft words into her ears "I'm sorry for everything I did, please wake up" he could feel her chest falling and rising, it was shallow but she was breathing. Barley

"Please don't leave me I'm begging you to wake up. If you won't wake up for me then wake up for Melanie" Tears were now threatening to fall down Spencer's face. His love had already left him because of his stupidity, now she was about to leave him for good. "Where are the god damn medics!"

"Spence they are coming down with a stretcher, she needs to hold on a little longer" JJ leaned over to rub Spencer's shoulder but he shrugged her away

"Don't you think I know that Jennifer" Spencer scolded her "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm just scared" he immediately looked back and apologized

"I know Spence"

Once help came they managed to get Y/n up the hill and into a stretcher. As they adjusted her into the ambulance Spencer got in and saw her eyes jump open. She began to hyperventilate and sit up, as well as attempted to remove her oxygen mask. "Where's the guy who was with me" she choked out and pushed the paramedics hands out the way
