Daichi led a normal life. He had a relatively nice house with relatively nice neighbors who always insisted on giving him their opinions on everything. He worked an office job from nine to five and actually enjoyed it. The company he worked for was small, but the people he worked with were always finding ways to make the day a bit funnier with bad jokes and fake competitions. The only irregular thing about Daichi's life was Monday mornings. But, this Monday morning specifically was special.
Daichi was in the kitchen making his breakfast when he heard the doorbell ring. He knew that the milk delivery always came on Monday mornings, so he slipped on a jacket and a pair of slippers and walked to the door. He opened it, expecting to see the normal delivery person, but he was met with one of the most beautiful sights he had ever seen.
At first, Daichi thought he must still be asleep. You see, how could an angel exist anywhere but his dreams? But, when the man smiled and held out the case of milk to him, he knew this was real life.
"Here you are, sir!" The man said, moving his head in a way that made his silver hair reflect the early morning sun.
"Oh, um, thanks." Daichi mumbled, taking the case from the man. The man walked back to the milk truck, humming a sweet tune.
After he had gone, Daichi stood there for a few minutes, thinking over the interaction.
'That was surely a real person right?' Daichi thought, walking back into his home and shutting the door behind him.

After that week, Daichi made a promise to himself that he would try and get closer to the silver-haired man. Everytime that he would come with a delivery, Daichi would always make sure to smile and tell him good morning. This always elicited a smile from the platinum blond. One week, Daichi decided to be bold and ask the not-stranger for his name. As the man was about to leave, Daichi asked,
"Sorry, but I'm terrible with names. Could you tell me yours again?"
"I don't think I've ever told you." The man replied, coming to a stop halfway down the steps.
"All the better reason to tell me," Daichi grinned, leaning on the doorframe. The platinum blond paused for a moment, seeming to think over if he should tell him or not.
"Suga. That's my name." 'Suga' said, walking quickly back to the milk truck and driving to the next house.
"Suga... that's a pretty name." Daichi whispered, going back into his house.
He walked to the kitchen and started to put away the milk when he noticed some writing on one of the bottles.
"For the handsome man who lives at 4222 Clinton way,
555-6126 :)"
