Hey kids! So this one-shot idea belongs to J_Tries_To_Write. She graciously allowed me to write it and I had so much fun doing so. Warning, there's a bit of character death. But, on a scale of 'Wet-suit' to 'DDAOTW', it's like a 'Pulled Down'.

Have fun with this!

"Suga! I'm home!" I yelled into our dark apartment. I set my keys down on the foyer table and hung my coat up. Suga and I had been dating for five years now and we moved in together last year. Our apartment wasn't large nor small, but just the right size for two people in love.

"Suga!" I yelled again, getting nothing but silence back.

That's strange. He's always home before I am.

I made a lap around our apartment, still not finding the former setter. Starting to get worried, I pulled out my phone and called him. When he didn't pick up I decided to text him to see if he was ok.

Me: [5:45 pm]

Hey, are you ok? You didn't answer my call.

Suga <3 [5:50 pm]

Yep! Just caught up at work! I'll be home soon, I promise!

I sighed and put my phone back in my pocket. I hated being clingy, but I couldn't help it when my boyfriends not answering his calls.

~~

Half an hour passes.

One hour.

Two hours.

I was nervously pacing around our apartment, wondering what could be taking him so long. Suga said he would be home soon, so why in hell wasn't he here! I stopped pacing for a moment to think.

Nothing really bad could have happened, right? He's probably just taking longer than normal to get home. But he would have texted me. What if he got in a crash! What if something happened to him!?

At that notion, I ran to the foyer and pulled on the closest pair of shoes. I grabbed my keys and ran out the door, not even bothering to lock it. I ran to my car and turned on the engine, pulling out of the parking lot and making my way to Suga's office. The drive was only fifteen minutes, but every second felt like an eternity. Like a small piece of my soul was being chipped away with every passing moment.

Thankfully, I didn't see any car wreaks on the way there, so that meant there was a chance that he had just gotten stuck at the office longer than he had meant to.

I pulled into the parking lot of his office building and turned the car off, taking a few deep breaths before stepping out onto the pavement. I noticed that three windows in the building were lit up, two being of them on the floor that Suga worked on.

Huh, I wonder who's there with him.

The front door to the office was unlocked so I walked inside and made my way to the elevator. I pressed the button to call it down and as I was waiting I got a sinking feeling in my stomach, like I shouldn't be here. But, as the elevator opened I shrugged the notion off and stepped inside, pressing the '5' button. The doors closed and the elevator started to move upwards. I watched the little lights indicating the floors I was passing, finally landing on the five and stopping.

The doors opened again and I stepped into the hall, seeing that the lights were on, but they seemed to be dimmer than the last time I was here.

I took a few steps forward and looked around, seeing the light to Suga's cubicle was still on. I approached the cubicle and was surprised to see that Suga wasn't there. But what surprised me the most was that there was a half-finished form resting on the table, placed next to a still on computer. He never left work half-finished.
