So I turned 18 yesterday. Sorry I didn't get on to tell you that, but yeah. I'm 18 now. So here's some things I thought of that I could do if something didn't happen.
February 11:
Me: *turns 18*
Me: Yay. I can finally vote Trump out of office oh wait.
Me: I'm finally a legal adult oh wait.
(Where I live you have to be 19 to be a legal adult. But you can still vote at 18 because that's a federal law.)
Yeah that's all I thought of so far. Might add more as the year goes on.
(I'm going to add the month and day to each update on this chapter throughout the year hopefully. Hopefully I remember to do this throughout the year.)
February 12:
Me: I can't wait to see Chris this year oh wait.
Me: I can get my voting registration done while mom's in the bank since she said that it's done at the post office and it's right next door to it oh wait.
(That last one was more of yesterday but I didn't put it down so I did now.)
February 26th:
Me: I'm old oh wait.
March 5th:
Me: It's been two days since Chris' birthday. I should do a better present soon oh wait.
(Chris turned 19 on March 3rd so I thought I'd sing a song for him. I did do one, but I want to do a better one since it's a present.)
April 7th:
Easter: *happens*
Me that day: *gets free candy*
Me that day: I can't wait to eat all this candy.
Me today: *gets braces again*
Me today: I should probably get around to eating that candy sometime oh wait.
(Pretty sure peeps and chocolate bunnies are forbidden foods for braces. At least the peeps. Assuming for the chocolate bunnies since it'd be a pain to clean out.)
Update (still April 7th): my mom said I was allowed peeps when I can have sugar free gum.
Me: Yay oh wait.
(I need a thicker wire to have sugar free gum.)
May 16:
Me: Yay graduation day oh wait.
(Do you realize what being an adult consists of?)
July 11:
Me: It's been a while since I updated my books. I should do that oh wait.
(Life has been getting in the way. I also had one for last month, literally any time last month, where I would've said how I was finally going to be able to have all of my flag colors on my braces followed by an oh wait and the for the reason it'd be because of my job, but of course life got in the way.)
June 19:
Me: I can't wait to add more stuff to this chapter oh wait.
(Yeah. I turned 19 in February and have until now procrastinated doing this final one since I'm not in that weird spot where I'm technically a minor but still treated like an adult and stuff.)
