Blossom's POV

It was silent. All morning. Not a word had been spoken between me and Sin as we got ready.
Today were the funerals. They were going to be back at my old pack.
First we would have Acacia's
Then Micah and Raven.

We decided to bury her next to Micah
We couldn't exactly take her back home as Narissa was now dead too
Alexander wanted her close to him. But when we weighed up keeping her with us or letting her be with Micah. We chose the latter.

It was only right. They had such a short time together, it was right to put them together. For eternity.
"Ready?" Sin asked, I nodded, looking at myself in the mirror one last time.

The colour had drained from my face. From my eyes. I felt like a zombie, like I was just in a daze
I should never have had to bury my baby sister
Or my best friend.

And Sin... Sin had only just found his sister and she was gone
At least I had all of the sweet memories of Acacia. An entire life with her, growing up together joint at the hip
What did Sin have to remember Raven?

He never got the chance to bond with her
She never got to explore her wolf. Her mate
The thought of Acacia's mate only broke my heart even further
He wouldn't know. Not until he was 18. And even then, it would take many more years before he had the chance of a second mate.

If the moon goddess even grants him another
I didn't know how to picture Acacia's mate.
She was so carefree and confident that I had no clue who could match her level of energy.

But she was with me. Here. Tomorrow. Forever
She'd be with me. Today... today was about putting her to rest. Remembering my baby sister for the funny gorgeous person she was. Inside and out
So I adjusted the acacia flowers in my hair, and put on a brave face, standing to face Sin.

The flowers also graced the black dress I wore, we wanted to wear black out of respect, and the flowers for remembrance.
