When I was in kindergarten, my school would sometimes have the kids watch a movie before lunch.
So a few times, we watched the Wiggles' DVD "Pop Go the Wiggles".
However, I only knew the Wiggles through their movie trailer so for the most part I had no idea what i was watching.
And that was a DVD where Sam Moran was the yellow Wiggle instead of Greg.
I didn't know it then, but sometime after I was born, Greg left the wiggles to recover from his heart condition.
Surprisingly, kindergarten was the part of my life where I knew the least about the Wiggles.
The last thing I remember from then was a boy from my class singing the Fruit Salad song. But I had no idea what he was singing.
If I heard anyone make a Wiggles reference, I wouldn't get it.
I needed to get out more often. lol.
But still, whenever I saw their movie trailer on "Barney: Let's Go to the Zoo", I would somehow think "These could be my people".
