It's been another week after my mom knocked some senses to me and now here I am at the hospital with her,having my check up

Dr.JY Park was now talking with my mom.He's suggesting me to consider having an optic nerve surgery.He said it actually has a greater success rate but we need to wait for a donor

My mom and I agreed about it but just like what Dr. Park said,we still need to wait for a donor.He said, he'll inform us as soon as He found some donor

My mom and I left the hospital as soon as my check up was done.Staying in the hospitals was draining my energy.It's really stressing me out

''Mina,honey?"

"Yes mom?"

"Your friend called me earlier,she's asking if she could visit you today"

"Who's friend mom?"

"Chaeyoung"

I felt excitement and happiness the moment I heard Chaeyoung's name but I don't wanna be selfish. I need to consider Somi's feelings too

"Ah,please tell her I don't want any visitors now mom"

"But she's been asking to visit you for a week.It's unfair how you let the other girls visit you but when it comes to her,you always decline"

I just shrugged and didn't answered my mom.I really wanted Chaeyoung to visit me but I am always thinking how would Somi felt about it

I know Somi already knew I still had feelings for her girlfriend and I don't want her to think I'm using my blindness to steal Chaeyoung's attention from her

The drive home was silent.Mom didn't bother me again until we reached home.She opened the car's door for me and started walking to the door with my mom beside me

She accompany me back to my room and left me saying she'll just prepare some snacks for me.I sat in my bed and closed my eyes when I heard my door opened again

"Mom?did you forgot anything?"

My mom didn't respond.I got curious and went alert. I felt steps coming towards me and I realized,it's not my mom

"W-who's there?"

I got surprised when someone grabbed my hand.Wait, her hand was familiar.It's foo familiar

"C-chaeyoung?what are you doing here?"

She didn't answer me,instead she guide my hand and made it land on a hairy stuff in front of me

What is this—

"Arf! Arf!"

I gasped when I realized what's the furry thing in front of me. It's a dog! I can't help myself but to smile and pet the cute thing in front of me..

"I'm glad you liked him Mina and oh,he likes you too"

"Really?wait,He's a male dog?"

"Yeah he is.And he's a pretty dog"

"What's his name,Chaeyoung?"

"I don't know.It's up to you,you're His owner anyway"

I gasped again.I've been wanting to have a dog since I was a child but my brother was allergic to dogs and cats
