Marinette's POV

I woke up sitting on a chair with my hands tied behind the chair and legs tied to the front legs of the chair with chains.I looked around to find myself in a dark place with dim light coming from the lamp on the wall.There was plumbing poles.There was stairs leading what I guessed was the door to go upstairs.

Where the heck am I?Who kidnapped me?

-"Hello Marinette"-A familiar voice said behind me.Without looking behind I asked the question I needed answers for.

-"Who are you?Where am I?"

-"Can't you recognize my voice?"

How can a liar get me kidnapped?

-"Lila I should of known it was you"

-"Actually I didn't kidnap you I ordered it"

-"What do you want?"

-"I want you to get away from Adrien"

-"How can I do that if he's my roommate?"

-"Easy you give me your room key and you can have mine.You could go and stay in another hotel or you could go to Paris now"

-"Why are you doing this?I stopped having a crush on him a long time ago"

That was half true.I accepted Luka as my boyfriend but when I went to New York I decided that my heart belonged to Adrien.So after a while I broke up with Luka for that same reason.Later on my crush on Luka grew.After convincing Luka that I no longer had feelings for Adrien he gave me another chance.

Recently though spending time with Cat when he visited me and spending time with Adrien these three days most of the time made me feel the same as I did before.They both found their way to my heart.

-"Well it's up to you stay away from Adrien or you could be killed by someone professional when I find them"-She said coming in front of me.

-"You can't be one of the girls that were planning murder"

-"Oh yes I was the other one was Chloe.I'm glad she told you that she heard girls planning murder so you can investigate and fall right in the trap"

-"Chloe told me nothing.I found out by someone else and decided to investigate"

-"WHAT?!?"-Lila took a deep breath before talking.

-"You know it was so easy to convince a janitor to kidnap you.All I had to do was tell him that he would get paid millions of dollars"

-"That's all lie you don't have as much money as you say"

-"Oh but I will"

-"What do you mean?"

-"When I get Adrien and marry him I'll have as much money as I want"

-"That's the only reason you want Adrien.You want his fame and money not him"-When I finished the sentence the door opened and a bruised man came in carrying Alice,unconscious?

What does Lila have to do with Alice?

I turned to look at Lila but she only glared at the man.

-"Who is she?"

-"I don't know she was trying to stop me from kidnapping that girl"-He pointed at me as he said it.

-"We have no where to put her so just leave her on the floor.I'll get more chains and a chair"

-"Do we leave?"

-"Yeah,let's go"-Before she left she locked the door so we wouldn't escape.As soon as she left completely Tikki came out of my purse.

-"Are you okay Marinette?"

-"Yeah Tikki.Just worried about how we are going to escape"

-"I can unlock the chains and the door"

-"That's great Tikki!You should unlock the chains and the door after Alice wakes up and then we make a run for it"-Tikki nodded and went through the chains unlocking them.Alice was sitting up,rubbing her eyes.

-"What are we doing at my school's basement?"

-"You been here before?"

-"Yeah.In the first day here I went exploring after school out of curiosity"

-"The man who brought us here said you tried to stop him,but how did you know?"

-"I was going to tell you not to go alone just in case and I saw the janitor putting you in a truck so I punched him and he pushed me towards a street pole and it knocked me out and here we are"

No wonder Lila got the key the janitor must have gave it to her.

Alice looked at Tikki but didn't get shocked like I did the first time I saw Tikki.She grinned the moment she saw Tikki.

-"Woah!You must be the creature that powers Marinette's miraculous"-Tikki nodded.

-"How did you-"

-"Fangirl cousin in Paris who sends me videos of Alya's Ladyblog.Can you talk?"

-"Yes,My name is Tikki.I'm a kwami"

-"Cool!"-Alice seemed excited but I don't know if this was the right time and place.

-"We should leave now and you can lead the way back Alice"-After Tikki opened the door Alice beckoned us to follow.

David's POV

Alice's mom,Hazel texted me a minute ago saying if Alice was with me because she wasn't home yet.With no other choice I text that she was.I knew Alice wasn't the type of person who makes her mom worried-sick so I knew something was up.It was 10:56pm and she wasn't home.That thought worried me though.Alice was too precious for me and I didn't want anything to happen to her.

It hurt me that she didn't want to admit her feelings.She hid it well that I didn't notice until a week ago when her eyes sparkled without her knowing it.That was when I realized she felt something towards me and she was hiding it.I hid my feelings as well for the past three years until I knew she was ready but when she said what Penny thought she denied it.Which killed me like a sharpened knife stabbing my heart.

-"Do you have any idea where they could be?"-Adrien asked worriedly.

-"No...Wait maybe I do"-I took out my phone from my pocket and went to maps and sure enough there was a blue dot moving to the hotel.I let out a sigh in relief and so did Adrien.

-"Marinette texted me that she's on her way"

-"Alice is on her way as well"

-"She texted you?"

-"No I uh kind of put a tracking device on her small bag after she was leaving today"

-"That's useful"

-"Yeah it is"

Please don't be hurt Alice.I swear I'll protect you better.
