After my shower Gio still sat on the bed and called me to him. I joined him on the bed and nestled my head into his neck. He was intoxicating well until he started to ask me questions. "Alessia you know where this is going I need you to talk to me" he sighed when he said that but he didn't show me any signs of remorse because he knew I hated it. Now is the time I had to tell him something that no one knew.
"Well where would you like me to start" and by this point my anxiety was kicking in I started fidgeting with my hands uncontrollably and he noticed it and just grabbed them great now we're holding hands.
"Wherever and take how ever long you want I have all day, I canceled everything ahead of time." he said. "You set me up huh?" trying to lighten up the situation was barley working because I was nervous on how he would react.
"okay so this started 2 years ago when I got into my first relationship with a guy named Jaxon he was the only one my dad approved of and for the beginning of the relationship I was happy but over time it started getting bad. I think around 5 months in he started to get really agressive with me when we would argue and began hitting me. Yeah I know I could've fought back but I really couldn't he had power over me." Giovanni said nothing but his eyes said it all for him they were full of anger. "He continued beating me for months until one night he wanted to have sex but I always told him no because I was scared and wanted to loose my virginity to the right person. But this night he didn't take no for an answer when I said no he beat me until I couldn't move anymore and then proceeded to rape me. I was so numb I could barley feel anything but I still felt the pain of him ripping through me. He rapped me for what felt like hours and there was blood everywhere but that didn't concern him."
Just as I was about to continue Giovanni pulled me closer into his arms, I didn't want to look up and see the remorse he was giving because I knew it was there. "I tried so hard to leave but he wouldn't let me and everyone was oblivious to what was going on because he had me fixed every time he would hurt me and one time he shot me and tried to cover up the scar but it wouldn't go away. Him raping and beating went on for 5 more months until one night he raped me so bad he punctured my gut and I had to get surgery from his secret nurse. The weeks after when I could finally move again I escaped his house and never spoke of anything again. Cutting myself was an outlet for me it let all the pain in my body escape. I never stopped cutting myself until the night you found me."
"That's it that's my story." At this point I was crying uncontrollably so I tried to wipe my tears away quickly and looked up at him but he was crying too. He squeezed me tighter not saying a word and after 30 minutes he finally got up and kissed me on my forehead. "Principessa thank you for finally talking and i'm so sorry you had to go through that, but please what's his name?" He was ready to leave and I didn't know where he was going but I gave him the name anyways "Jaxon Russo, heir of the Florence Mafia" As soon as he heard that he left the room with no words.
I don't know what he's going to do but I honestly don't care. I wanted Jaxon dead I just could never do it myself. I never wanted anyone to know because I didn't want to be looked at as if I was weak. I peeped outside the door to ask the guard if he had Giovanni's number but he didn't reply and texted someone I think it was Giovanni. "What are you doing?" I asked him because he could've just gave me the number. "Asking boss if I can give you his number. That just made me roll my eyes because if he just seen him leave my room why would he feel the need to ask if I could have his number. After 2 minutes he finally gave me Giovanni's number so I went back in my room texting him.
"Please don't tell anyone" is all I said, I didn't want anyone to know honestly I didn't even want him to know. "I won't, go eat" he replied not even 3 seconds later. "no I don't want to", he didn't respond after this text but I did receive a knock on my door. Opening it to find our maid bringing me a whole tray of food. Okay that was kinda cute but I meant it when I said I didn't want to eat.
I took a bite of a burger but that's it crying made me loose my appetite all the time. I just showered and laid back down watching Vampire Diaries. I quickly fell asleep later until I felt a body join me eventually. Giovanni wrapped his hands around my waist pulling me closer. He thought I was fully asleep but I fully opened my eyes when I heard him say something I would have never expected. "Alessia I am slowly falling in love with you more and more everyday, goodnight bella." (translation: beautiful)
