even when you go away

i write about you everyday
you act sly when i ask you to stay
i listen to you breathe hard as i silently lay
controlling tears and the words i want to say

would scream on top of my lungs, "can't let you go"
but i only dream about pulling you close
wish you knew you're breaking the heart that you stole
and i don't want what i want when you hear me "want more"

i write about you everyday
i would try not to cry asking you to stay
won't let you know my hurt as i'd silently lay
hoping to hear few words i'd die for you to say
