do you ever
run out of existence
like there isn't a thing
that could contain your excitement
revocation, sacred no folly-policies
pulsing its way out of me
the nerves abstract

tired of your own perfect compliance
pursing poisonous promises
illuminating deck halls
that don't need your deplorable clutter

if escaping was an untouched ensemble
so palpable to feel, almost horrible
if you cut all the ways
you could be flowered in a bundle
dancing among embers
deliver your speech a little humble
to your stage tonight

they won't be frightened
by your no-ghost policy
to believe you're not gone at all
i wouldn't insinuate
minor interjections
to please you all
