Sonic x Dr Robotnik's Daughter! Reader Pt.2

Ok ok I know a lot of you guys wanted a part two for dis soooooo here we go :]

*several days pass while (y/n) and Sonic continue to meet up until the incident*

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

"Father I'm up!" I called out. In a flash my father came in front of me. "(Y/n)! Thank goodness. I've been waiting for you to wake up!!" Dad exclaims! "Let me guess something exciting happened?" I asked as I went over to get some cereal.

My father lighted up like a bulb as soon as I asked him that. "I thought you would never ask!" Father exclaimed. "So earlier I got a call from the government and there was a blackout nearby us!" Father exclaimed. "Oh really? What's so extraordinary from a blackout that they need you to investigate?" I asked as I sat down with my bowl of cereal.

"I'm glad you asked my lovely daughter. You see blackout's can be caused by many reasons, but this one however is not caused by normal circumstances." Dad explained. "And by that you mean..." I trailed off. "It means that there must be some mysterious creature or source that triggered it." Dad said. I lightly chocked on my cereal as I remember what Sonic told me. "Honey?! Are you ok?!" Das asked as he panicked for a bit. "I'm alright it's just this darn cereal I forgot to chew properly." I lied. "Also a mysterious creature or source? Dad this isn't a fairytale we're living in." I said.

"Oh ho ho that's where you're wrong my dear." Das said. "Take a look at this." He pulls out some sort of blue thing. Wait a minute- THATS ONE OF SONICS QUILLS. My eyes widen at it. "W-Where did you find that?" I asked. "Ha ha so much for fairytales now huh?" Dad said. "I've found this when I went to inspect the area of the blackout and I found this right next to a footprint." Dad explained. "Soon I inspected the footprint and it matched no other footprint from any animal on earth! So now you believe me?" Dad says.

'Oh crap...' I thought. "Wow who would've known that a mysterious creature was actually alive." I said as I tried to hide my expression. "Welp I'm gonna go for a walk Dad!" I called out. "Alright but be back in 10 minutes because we're going to inspect some other places that were struck by the blackout!" Dad calls. "Roger that father!" I said.

After I closed the door I ran as fast as I could to Sonic's den. He showed me a few days after we met. As soon as I made it to the place I stopped and called out for Sonic. "Sonic! Psst hey! Are you here!" I whisper yelled. "(Y/n)!" I heard him call out. I went over to where he was. "Oh thank god you're still here. Anyways what the heck happened that caused you to make a blackout?!" I exclaimed. "Hehe I just sorta got in my feels..." he trailed off.

I just stared at him with an unamused face. I look over and I see him wearing his backpack. "W-Wait a minute...you're leaving??" I asked. "Well I have to because if they find me here then I'm done for." Sonic explained. "No wait you cant leave you're the only friend I have. UGH THANKS A LOT DAD!" I yelled. "Dad? Wait a minute those troops out there are here because of your dad?!" Sonic exclaimed

"Yeah what do you think I'm here for, how do you think I found out what was happening?!" I exclaimed. "Wait you sold me out?!" Sonic exclaimed. "No! I didn't my father found one of your quills and he showed them to me! I didn't know about anything until he told me!" I explained. "Gosh this is so hard." I said. "Look maybe it's for the best that I leave this place I can't put you in danger.." Sonic trailed off.

"Please don't leave me. I've lost so many people I can't loose you too.." I cried as I fell on my knees. "I know trust me I loved spending my time with you but if they know you and me know eachother it could be the end for the both of us. So please don't cry." Sonic said. "I wiped some tears off as I stood up. "Right this is for you're own safety. Just please remember me ok?" I said. He nodded as he ran off leaving me behind.

"Goodbye Sonic......"
