I was fine all day untill I got ready to go to sleep and before i could help it I started feeling terrible. I tried to fight through it and sleep it off but i would just toss and turn. I sighed picking up my phone to call someone I knew would be up so I picked sheyya since he wouldn't be asleep for hours.
I pressed call and it rung a few times before he answered " its 1 am why you ain't sleeping like usual" he said
I groaned burrowing deeper into the covers " cause i can't breath and my head hurts. over all i feel like shit" i said
Sheyya let me Finnish complaning without interrupting " why you calling me though" he asked
I sighed looking up at the ceiling " cause everyone else is asleep and im bored" i said
Sheyya sighed " alright nigga but if you get me sick-" i smiled cutting him off by hanging up
I sighed closing my eyes and not even a hour later my phone went off i looked down seeing a text from sheyya. I texted back saying there was a key under the mat and i heard the door open and close. I set my phone back down as i heard him walking up the stairs.
Sheyya walked in holding two bags i looked at him confused " what's that" i asked
Sheyya set everything down and starting showing me stuff " this is to check your temp, this is for pain, this is for your fever.. And i got ice cream cause you eat a freakishly amount" he said
I rolled my eyes crossing my arms " i do not" i said coughing
Sheyya pulled out a mask putting it on " and this is for me" he said
I laughed accidently coughing again "gimme ice cream" i said
Sheyya shook his head " i gotta check you first" he said getting the thing to check my temperature
Once it was done he showed it to me showing it was a little over having a fever making me frown.
Sheyya sighed " what hurts?" He asked looking down at me
I thought for a second "my throat and my head" i said
Sheyya nodded opening the bottle for pain hanging me a pill " take that" he said
I heasitently swollowed the pill even though it hurt my throat " ice cream now?" I asked
Sheyya nodded handing me the ice cream, i grinned opening it and starting eating.
Sheyya put the stuff on the table next to my bed and got in next to me. " what are we watching" he asked
I handed him the remote " freedom writers" i said as he went to find the movie
Once he did he set the remote down on the table and the movie started. Eventually i got tired of eating ice cream which even surprised me.
I handed it to him " i dont want it anymore" i said
Sheyya nodded standing up " ill be back" he said before going downstairs to put it away
As soon as he left i felt cold and even worse, i groaned leaning my head back trying to get my head to stop hurting
Sheyya walked back into the room quickly walking over to the bed " hey you okay?" He asked
I shook my head " please don't leave again" i said not really knowing since i wasn't in the best state of mind
Sheyya paused for a second before nodding as he layed back down " i won't" he said as we both turned our attention back to the tv
I hadnt noticed how many hours had gone by, how many hours i was keeping him up which kinda made me feel bad.
I still wasnt feeling better which sheyya soon noticed " mabye you just need some sleep" he said
I nodded up at him " yeah mabye" i said hoping that would work
Sheyya sat up opening the other bottle the one that was for fevers " take this and then lay down" he said
I nodded taking the pill and layed my head back down on the pillow closing my eyes " thank you shey" I mumbled
Sheyya was quiet for a second " for?" He asked looking down at me
I shrugged " for dropping everytging to come help me. For sacrificing sleep to make sure i was okay" i said
Sheyya smiled leaning down pressing a kiss to my forehead " of course.. Now get some sleep" he said
I smiled feeling sheyya lay next to me as i let sleep take over.
