Summary
Yin YiLiu transmigrated into a book.

She became a mutant rabbit in doomsday and was even given two interspatial spaces. The owner who adopted her was also the Villain Boss, Jin Yang, who will later wreck the world. Her mission was to help the villain counter-attack and prevent the end where he dies.

Currently, both of Jin Yang’s legs were crippled and his being was lackluster. Due to the doomsday, he was stuck in the villa with no one else around.

Thus, the bunny undertook the responsibility of looking after him. As the world underwent a global mutation, she worked hard to protect her owner and to provide him with food.

The little rabbit then, bam, turned into a little bun with rabbit ears. In a milky voice, she pointed at the mutant male and female lead and said in a childish tone, “You’re not allowed to hurt him.”

But never would she have expected that the one being held in the palms and doted on would be her instead.

From feeding her to taking care of daily matters, Jin Yang who had always been indifferent and reticent began raising a child/cub during doomsday, becoming an omnipotent stay-at-home dad. He took care of her so well that there was no chance for her to display her prowess at all.

Yin YiLiu looked at the Villain Boss who was hugging her with one arm while ripping apart mutant beasts with the other.

Review:
I would like to give 4/5 for early parts but it goes downhill on the middle. At first I enjoyed the story about MC transmigrated as bunny and try to save the villain, how they keep going together and how the villain slowly trust MC. Until the world changes from apocalypse with mutant plants and beast to a fallen mutant person who lost humanity to aliens and advance civilization.... Personally I like 'After I dumped the villain' way more than this novel. Other similar novel is 'I dumped the male lead before apocalypse'.
Yin Yinliu, MC is transmigrated as bunny which kept by the villain, Jin Yang (ML). Jin Yang's leg is handicapped due to accident cause by male lead family. Since then ML keep suppressing ML family before apocalypse came. ML is alone in big villa, when the apocalypse happen, MC is out of cage. She pulled ML to basement before other pet mutated. When ML wake up, he can stand up and walk but still weak. He knew MC (as bunny) saved him and MC can understand him. ML and MC leave the villa then met OML and OFL in the city. They got into conflict before separated since ML want to go to Z city while OML is going to B city.
Some people ask to form a team with ML, ML agreed because of MC. At first it should be a pair of sibling and 3 people, a lover with the man's sister. But the man's lover and sister went missing so they are separated from ML team.
ML team went into forest and got 2nd evolution. MC is the only one who wake up. She went out and met other team as a child with bunny ear (MC 2nd evolution). Then they met a girl who want MC bunny ear, her bodyguards threaten the team to give MC. The team refused and fight with the girl bodyguards. MC went back as bunny and run away, she met ML again. ML hurt the bodyguards and ask them to give the girl ears as compensation. They fled but the girl got killed by wild wolf. ML team continue to Z city.
They live in Z city temporary. Some teams conflict. ML found out there's healing potion which he suspect came from his sister in B city. They moved to B city after completing a high mission. ML and MC break into laboratory and save ML sister, they freed all experimental human. A half boy and half plant follow them back. MC notice that the boy is not human. He is actually a plant which mutate become a boy without human empathy. Later it was called as fallen/darker which is beast in human shape without emotion but has high intelligent. Some fight with mutant beast. MC got hurt by the enemy, ML thought MC died. MC got stranded to Bhutan or Bangladesh I forgot. She met new teammates. She met ML again 2 years later. During that time, ML keep hunting the fallen who hurt MC. After they met MC ditch her new teammates and went around with ML.
They save some small bases before went back to Z city. Here's is the fallen and alien  comes out so I skipped a lot. I'm starting to get bored. Somehow ML got experimented by crazy doctor who previously kept ML sister as experiment. MC killed the doctor then got arrested while ML is in comma. They are about to punish MC when ML breakthrough as level 9 which is the strongest. ML regressed as dragon cub, he lost his memory. Then MC try to get closer again. She take him to save other base. ML hide as bracelet since others don't know he's regressed to dragon form. MC got badly injured, ML memory went back and he turn to human again.
They keep fighting with the alien or darker or fallen whatever it is. In the end they got a pair of children. The OFL and OML has 1 extra chapter. It was said OFL is a team leader on remote area since her prophet (memory of past life) is incorrect, she lost her prestige. OML didn't get together with OFL, he initially has a fiance who is ordinary person. The fiancee is his childhood sweetheart, she died in one of mission. OML felt guilty and drifted apart from OFL.
