Review:
Just like the summary, this novel is about death escape game. There's not a lot of romance. I like the ML and MC interaction on each stage. But in the end I got bored with the games and skipped the last 2 games.
MC is a beauty, she skipped her graduation trip due to sickness, turns out the bus got into accident and all of them died. On her college, all her roommate died because they play pen spirit, MC survive because she didn't want to play.
MC is not closed with her family, they prefer son over daughter. Her mom gave birth to her only for her older brother, so he can learn to take care a sibling. But the brother is mischief and never care MC. When MC still in hospital and learned all her friends died, she cried in front of her brother. She felt alone because no one care about her. The brother got angry because she still have her family. MC said that they only care about you. The brother start taking care MC. He gave her living expense etc.
One day MC got into a God's Game. It was said she is about to die, if she want to live she has to please the God by playing the game. In summary the games is for God's amusement. He like MC from the start and always protect her during all games.
From the third game, MC got a notebook which was ML diary. She use it to communicate with ML in her real world.
On the fourth game, MC became the key person to unlock the game's plot. The game is about malice around MC which is about her roommate death. MC found out that at first a girl commit suicide in the dorm due to rumor. The girl's sister become college counselor. The counselor felt guilty toward her death sister because she is the one who spread the rumor. She want to revive her sister so she suggest pen spirit to MC roommates. They summon the death sister, but also died because they want to harm MC. MC has evil reputation due to accident in her graduation trip. MC roommate want to spread that rumor so the ghost killed them since they are the same as the ghost killer. Another roommates in the same dorm also died playing pen spirit, MC found out that other people related to her ex-roommate also died. The counselor is close with MC because she help MC when the other suspicious with MC as her roommates murderer. Turns out the counselor plan to use MC as her sister's new body. ML protect MC and prevent the counselor to harm MC. In the end ML took the counselor and her ghost sister to new stage game. They became the key person and will repeat the same scenario everytime players come.
MC almost got kidnapped by a man who thought she is the counselor who took her body. The man also want to took MC body, ML subordinate protect MC. I don't know who he is or what will happen to him since I skipped 2 last games. MC found out that actually she already dead and only occupy the body by force. That's why a monk and the man who want to kidnapped her thought she was a ghost. ML said her body is not suitable for her and will find new body. MC reject him.
The epilogue, MC become God. ML gave her God's Game. MC change the God Game and neglect ML. She felt guilty. ML played innocent while trying to hug or kiss MC.
