"May girlfriend na ako", Rafael said while we're eating.

I finally graduated from elementary and it's summer so the Rances cousins are back in Batangas. Theo was not with them, though. But he will come home after a few days or weeks.

"Really? How did she say yes?", I asked curiously.

I am not surprised at all that Krisha said yes to Rafael. Rafael may look like a playboy because he knows a lot of women but he is not. He courts the girl he likes and commits to the person unlike Theo who only likes flings and Xythos who fucks every woman who willingly lets him do it.

"Bigla na lang um-oo sa akin noong nag date kami sa Enchanted Kingdom 'e", he smiled brightly like that was the best day of his life. I smiled back at him. I feel so happy for him.

"Is she your first girlfriend?"

"Hindi. Second girlfriend ko 'yon. Ang first girlfriend ko 'e... nakipaghiwalay sa akin. Nagseselos kasi marami raw akong kaibigan na babae tapos lagi ko pang kasama si Sam kaya pinagselosan din 'non 'yung pinsan mo. Nakipaghiwalay tapos hinayaan ko na dahil nasasakal na rin naman ako"

I nodded. He doesn't like possessive girlfriends.

"Is Krisha cool with that?"

"Siguro. Bago naman ako nanligaw kay Krisha, alam naman niya na may mga kaibigan akong babae. Hindi naman sobrang dami... mangilan ngilan lang naman. Mabait 'yon", he said again and showed me his phone.

It's a photo of him with his left arm above Krisha's shoulder.

"Ang cute 'no?", he said and I nodded.

They look so good together!

"Sana ako rin kapag nagkaroon ng boyfriend he'll take me to an amusement park", I said and took a slice of cake.

"Aba! Kapag may nanligaw sa'yo dapat makikilala muna namin"

"Oo naman! Kuya Ash, Kuya Bran, you and your cousins will judge the guy", I said and suddenly thought of Cain.

Will he court me someday? He said he has a crush on me but I told him that I only see him as a friend.

"If I were to have a boyfriend... I'd want someone like you", I said and Rafael choked on his cake. He started coughing so hard so I handed him a glass of water and brushed his back.

"Bakit... bakit naman ako, Adrianna?", his face was red from coughing.

I gave him the glass of water and he drank all of it.

"K-kasi... you're funny and cool"

"I see", he nodded and breathed heavily, "Marami akong kilalang funny and cool. Pero habang bata ka pa, huwag ka muna mag-isip ng tungkol sa pagboboyfriend ah? Yari ka sa Kuya Ashton at Kuya Brandon mo", he lightly pinched my ear.

"Of course. You're like my ideal man, you know? But that can change as I grow older", I smiled.

"Saan mo naman kasi natututunan 'yang mga ideal keme na 'yan?"

"I've been chatting with Phoebe since last November and she tells me a lot about her crushes in school. I learned some terms from her"

"Terms like what?"

"Momol"

He dropped his fork and hurriedly looked for it under the table. Why is he panicking because of momol? I know what it means! Why is he always treating me like I'm a kid? I already turned 13 years old last February! I am a teenager now but he still treats me like I'm some baby or what.
