Anyway-

"Samus! Gee, Samus, slow down!" 

I was trying to catch up with my best friend, Samus, who had a much faster pair of legs than me.

Finally, she decided to 'loyally' wait for me.

I caught up with her, and redeemed my breath for a few moments.

"I thought you would've learned by now that you're faster than me." I stated.

She only laughed and rolled her eyes.

"You're too sloooow." She slurred, trying to mimic Sonic.

We both made our way to the rest of our friend group.

Samus took off her helmet, making me smile.

"Ah! (Y/N) and Samus! We were wondering where you were!" Mario exclaimed, his strong Italian accent going perfectly in between his words.

"Afternoon." Ike said, smiling.

"Sup, ladies?" Sonic winked and made finger guns.

Samus smacked him in the back of the head, muttering a small "like ya cut g".

Little Mac and Marth nodded a 'hello'.

"Hey, where's Red?" I asked, suddenly concerned about my pokémon trainer friend.

"Someone's worried about their cruuuush~" Sonic teased.

I growled and blushed, and Samus gave him another like-ya-cut-g.

"He said he needed to talk to someone about something. He'll be here sooner or later." Little Mac told me.

I nodded in understanding, and gave Sonic another glare.

Okay, I'll admit it.

I DO have a small crush on Pokémon Trainer...

...but it's only small!

...

Okay, fine!

I like him a lot!

In fact, I love him!

He's just so passionate, cute, cheerful... and always has that glint of determination in his eyes...

Ack- I'm rambling now-

"Earth to (Y/N)..." I heard Marth chime, waving his hand in front of my face.

I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Pokémon Trainer's over there."

Marth pointed over at a familiar boy, who was rushing towards us.
