I don't need you anymore

I walked with Johnny into some sort of place where people were getting food. Johnny was going to see Robby and asked if I wanted to come, obviously, I said yes. We got in line with the other people so that we could talk to him. 

"Hey Robby," Johnny said as we got to the front of the line, Robby hadn't seen me yet 

"You're not supposed to be here," he said to his dad 

"It's the only way I can see you' he told Robby "we found out you were doing community service to get out early that's good we respect that" 

"We?" Robby asked, good lord I must be really short, I never noticed until now 

"Hey," I said softly coming up so that he could see me, he grinned 

"Hey Aella" he smiled, everytime I saw him I wanted to cry he didn't deserve to be here 

"Is that a black eye?" Johnny asked "are you fighting in there after everything that's happened" Oh my fucking gods, Robby isn't trying to fight I bit my lip so I didn't say anything 

"Are you seriously going to lecture me about starting fights?" Robby asked, he had a point though 

"Right, I'm sorry" did Johnny just apologize? "I knew I screwed up"

"save it" Robby cut him off 

"I'm just trying to say-"

"What, that you're in my corner that you've got my back?" Roby asked 

"Actually yes" I piped up and he smiled at me again, I missed his smile so much 

"Let's be honest that would be jackshit, not you Aella" Robby retorted "Mr.LaRusso said the same thing and look where I am now"

"Forget about LaRusso" Johnny snapped 

"Hey" a voice yelled making me jump "quit holding up the line, don't make me throw a shoe at you" the woman yelled 

"I'll throw a shoe at you first" I yelled back, Robby chuckled a little at my outburst Johnny turned to look at the woman 

"Well look at what we have here, are you stalking me, pretty boy?" she asked Johnny

"Of course not" he scoffed "I'm not leaving until we talk," Johnny said to Robby 

"Same" I mumbled 

"Well it's gonna be a while because I don't know if you noticed but I'm busy," Robby told him 

"Good because we are hungry right Aella" Johnny patted me on the back, I gulped while looking at the liquid they call soup

"Um, yes" I managed to say "very very hungry" Robby was trying not to laugh, he gave us both bowls of soup "mmm," I said trying to smile, Johnny and I walked to a table 

"Remind me never to hire you as an actress," he said and I burst out laughing we began to eat the very interesting soup

"Hey pretty boy," the woman from earlier said twenty minutes later, we both looked at her concerned as she eyed our leftover soup greedily Johnny saw that Robby was finishing up so he grabbed his bowl and mine tossing them to the lady 

"Here take it you vulture," he said and I sniggered a little as we walked over to Robby 

"Lemme give you a hand" Johnny offered as Robby carried a heavy pot of something 

"I don't need your help" Robby snapped 

"You're right you don't but you're my kid and I'm you're dad so let me give you a hand" Johnny was relentless, Robby sighed and gave in together they lifted the pot up onto a counter, once his hands were free I walked over pulling him into a hug

"Look I know we've had our problems Robby" Johnny began "but before that fight at school we were headed in the right direction" 

"We had one good day," Robby told him "over a month ago, where have you been since then" shit this was not going to go well "why didn't you show up" I gripped onto Robby tighter when I heard the sadness in his voice 

"Look, Robby, I'm really sorry I wanted to be there but something happened at the hospital," Johnny told him 

"Yeah" Robby looked down sadly 

"Robby come on" Johnny sighed, I slowly backed away from the two of them 

"No it's fine, I shouldn't be surprised that you chose Miguel over me again" Robby scoffed 

"I didn't choose Miguel...I'm just trying to make things right" Johnny yelled 

"Well I'm sure Miguel appreciates that," Robby said angrily

"Hey I'm not the one that put him in the hospital" Johnny snapped, I froze where I was standing my nose started to tingle because I was about to cry I couldn't believe Johnny had just said that 

Robby turned around to get the pot showing that he was done talking "Robby come on" Johnny placed a hand on Robby's shoulder 

"Don't touch me" Robby yelled knocking the pot onto the ground, the soup spilled out and I backed away "I don't need you anymore, either of you?" he said looking at me, my lip trembled and tears filled my eyes why was he doing this, Johnny looked at me sadly the security guard walked us out and I didn't even bother to say goodbye I was too hurt, I get that he was mad at Johnny but I didn't do anything wrong.
