as you were in the car with the girls, Cara driving, minx in the passenger seat, and Niki in the right seat in the back
none of you knew where to go until Minx spoke up.
" why don't we go to a diner and get milkshakes or some shit?"
me head jerked up from previously looking at my phone which was watching a previous ranboo stream
"milkshakes!?" i said with an excited tone. god i am such a child
the 3 older girls laughs
"you know what let's do it i'll pay!" Cara says happily. damn mama puffy really be coming out
you cheered as the car zoomed to the diner.
as you all sat down you looked at the menu even though you already you knew what you were getting, you and will came down frequently whenever he got a big accomplishment. or you got good grades.
the seats were arranged you sitting next to Niki, minx and puffy the opposite of you.
a few minutes passed of you and the girls smalltalk
"so, duckling i heard you started streaming! how do you like it so far?" Cara asked.
she always called you nicknames: ducking, darling, sweetie. she was bc practically a mother to you. all of the women at the table were- well except for Minx: she is more of a cooler older sister.
"it's good! i enjoy it, i actually did a stream like an hour ago, it was fun, i didn't get any viewers, but hey everyone has to start somewhere" you shrugged
before anyone else could speak up everyone's drinks came. you got a cookies and cream milkshake, puffy got a vanilla bean milkshake, minx got a chocolate milkshake, and niki got the same as you
before you guys started drinking the milkshakes you spoke up.
"oh! cara can you take a picture of me and Niki real quick?" you said while handing your phone to the girl across from you.
she nodded as you and niki got in position.
"3,2,1" she counted down before she took the picture

as you and the girls sat there enjoying the milkshakes a waiter came over to the table.
he looked maybe 6'6ft, brown shaggy hair that was in a mullet, had gamer yet not gamer posture, grey eyes, he wore the diners employee outfit, and looked kind of uncomfortable.
"side of fry's for the lady" he said while sliding a plate of fries to you that had a piece of folded paper in the side next to the plum sauce
something about that boy themed odd, familiar almost.
you looked up to him as he winked and walked away.
"i- i didn't order fries" you pointed out the obvious to the 3 older girls
they just looked at you,
"mother puffy, is this even safe to eat"
you were kinda freaking out, a random boy just came up to you gave you a plate of fries, winked and then left. you replayed the scene in your head.
Niki looked over your shoulder and snatched the folded paper next to the sauce.
she opens the neatly folded paper stared at it, you looked at her as her eyes went wide.
"well what is it?" the girl with the harsh irish accent spoke knocking Niki out of her trance.
"it's a phone number" the pink hair girl spoke turning the paper so the others could see.
you snatched the paper and looked at it.
it was indeed a phone number. you read it over a few times
"okay, mama puffy is gonna take this away from you" she said reaching over the table to take the paper
you turned it away from her and put it in your pocket
"mm no" you said kind of like the text where it's just says 'no' but with a red heart next to it.
before niki could take it from you, you folded the paper again and put it in your pocket in your jacket.
minx took a fry from the plate in front of you. you looked at her with a 'what the fuck' look on your face.
she shrugged. "you leave a plate of steaming french fries in front of you and expect me not to eat them?" she says as-a-matter-of-fact
"plus i was making sure they're safe to eat" she said as if she was a mom on halloween night when her kid comes back from trick-or-treating
"well are they safe?" you ask
"i'm gonna need a couple of more to see" she says grabbing 3 more fries.
we all start laughing..
as the older girls start talking about 'adult stuff' you just zone out thinking about that boy.
what about him made him so familiar? his voice sounded so familiar as well
maybe i'll call the number later tonight.
