"It's been a really long day." Haechan sighed.

He was sitting patiently on the bus bench, waiting for his ride home. He had spent the entire day helping his friends fix their relationships with their soulmates. He couldn't help but feel a little down because while his best friends were building their relationships, Haechan hadn't made any progress.

"Everyone seems to be having relationship problems today." Haechan sighed. He fidgeted with his hands as the image of his soulmate popped into his head. A warm smile spread across his face but quickly disappeared as he remembered Johnny's words.

'You should be careful. I've known Mark for a few years and he's always despised the thought of having a soulmate. It won't be easy, since he's convinced himself that he's going to hate his soulmate and he will reject them as soon as he meets them.'

"He hates me?" Haechan pouted. He threw his head back and winced when he smacked his head against the glass.

"He doesn't even know me yet." Haechan mumbled as he rubbed the back of his head.

At that moment, across the street, his eyes landed on someone that looked very similar to Chenle. He squinted and noticed the pout on his face. It was definitely Chenle but why did he look so upset. He was headed in the direction of the park, Haechan looked down at his watch before he sighed and reluctantly ran across the street.

"Chenle?!" Haechan called out but got no response.

"Zhong Chenle!!" He tried again but still no response.

Haechan ran up to Chenle and tapped him on the shoulder causing him to turn his head rapidly.

"Oh, hey haechan." Chenle mumbled.

"Why do you look so down? Didn't you say you were going to sleep the entire weekend? How did you end up here and why are you coming from the direction of the university?" Haechan rambled.

"Too many questions." Chenle responded.

There was a moment of silence where neither of them spoke and Chenle let out a long sigh before he answered Haechan's questions.

"I'm not down, I'm just thinking. I was going to sleep the entire weekend but then my mind started thinking so I went for a walk. I ended up walking from home to the university and now i'm heading back home." Chenle answered.

"What are you overthinking now?" Haechan asked.

"Nothing important." Chenle replied.

"You just walked from our place to the university, that's like a three hour walk. That's a lot of thinking and I called out your name twice but you didn't respond so it must have been something very important. I wonder what it was about." Haechan pondered.

"Park Jisung." Chenle admitted.

"Your soulmate." Haechan stated.

"Yeah, he- uhh, he told me th-that he l-l-loved me." Chenle stuttered. His cheeks begin to heat up and he looks down to hide his blushing face.

"Woah, I was not expecting that." Haechan mumbled.

"Yeah, neither was I. So, I texted back 'thank you' and then regretted all my life decisions." Chenle sniffled.

"I just, I didn't know what to say to that so I panicked and it's way too soon to tell him that I love him. We aren't even dating and I really wish we were but I feel like I ruined everything by saying thank you. I mean, who says thank you to that!!!" Chenle ranted.

"I know how you can fix it. How about you don't tell him that you love him and instead you ask him to be your boyfriend." Haechan suggested.

"What?" Chenle squeaked.

"You have feelings for him and it may not be love right now but it will be. Just ask him to be your boyfriend that way you're showing him that you care about him and you get what you want too, which is to date him." Haechan explained.

"B-B-But. That's very- hmm. That's very risky." Chenle stammered.

"Woah. Is THE Zhong Chenle scared? WOW, I never thought I'd see the day!" Haechan giggled.

"I'm not scared! I'll do it, it isn't even that hard!" Chenle fumed.

"Okay, well his classes should be that way." Haechan smiled.

"Okay, i'm going." Chenle boomed. He turned around and walked back the way he came from but stopped. He turned back around and ran at Haechan.

"Can you come with me?" Chenle begged.

"Fine but just know that I hate you." Haechan sighed.

"I LOVE YOU TOO!!! Okay, come on, let's hurry!" Chenle cheered. He ran at full speed in the direction of the university, dragging Haechan along with him.

"Why can't I catch a break today." Haechan mumbled to himself as he tried to keep up with Chenle.

When the two arrived on campus, they were both out of breath and a bit sweaty. Chenle knew which class Jisung was in right now so he just dragged Haechan along with him. Chenle stopped in front of Jisung's class which was dance. Chenle tried to look into the classroom like many other students were also doing. Haechan just leaned against the wall and tried to catch his breath.

"I should work out more." Haechan commented and Chenle agreed.

Once Haechan had recovered, he looked around the unknown area. He saw many students in sweats, leggings, oversized shirts or crop tops. Everyone looked sweaty and exhausted.

He spotted someone that looked very familiar and he gasped silently once he recognized the face. Mark.

Mark was already glaring at him, he had been glaring at Haechan since he ran into the corridor holding Chenle's hand. He watched Haechan lean against the wall and take deep, long breaths. He watched Haechan look around the corridor and inspect everyone's appearance. He watched Haechan's eyes interlock with his and his glare darkened when he felt his heart begin to pick up due to making eye contact with Haechan.

Mark hated the way his body reacted to Haechan, he felt betrayed by his senses whenever he was around. Mark always hated the thought of having a soulmate. The thought of meeting that soulmate. The thought of falling in love with that soulmate, he hated it all but the thought of falling in love with Haechan drove his mind, body and soul insane.

Mark couldn't help but feel intense hatred for Haechan and Haechan could feel this intense hatred with the glare Mark was sending him. Haechan's heart ached because of the expression on Mark's face.

He really does hate me. No, he doesn't just hate me... he despises me. Haechan thought to himself.

Haechan plastered a heartwarming smile on and waved at Mark but Mark just scoffed. He looked away from Haechan and walked out of the corridor without sparing Haechan a single glance. Haechan's smile never faltered and he released another long sigh as he looked up at the ceiling.

"He's coming!" Chenle panicked.

"Okay, it'll be fine. Just tell him that you want him to be your boyfriend and then he'll say yes and you'll live happily ever after." Haechan laughed.

"Shut up." Chenle rolled his eyes.

"Don't worry. There's no way that he'll say no, he's already told you that he's in love with you so why would he say no to being your boyfriend?" Haechan shared.

"I guess you're right." Chenle smiled.

"Look, the class was dismissed. You got this!! I'm going to head home, it's been a long day plus this is a pretty private conversation." Haechan yawned.

"Okay, i'll see you at home."
