Y/n was never the victim of his cruel attacks, it was her older brother whom had issues with him.
No one knew where their hatred for each other started, just one day the two could never be in the same room...
^these two are so PERFECT TOGETHER, the fruitiest characters in the show me thinks
I'm so fucking sorry for going ia for a couple days. Every time I went on here to type, it's like my mind just said 'no'. I figured my body needed a break and yeah. I'm sorry for no announcement even doing that was too much at the time(don't judge)

a week later
"But father—"
"I know okay! I know Aliyah didn't do it, but there isn't any evidence against it. Sitting here complaining won't do anything!"
He groaned, sitting down both mentally and physically tired at the moment.
"Look—I'm sorry. I'm stressed, and tired, and your brother is still in a coma. And I know your going through so much worse. I'm sorry... come here."
He raised his hand, moving two fingers forwards and backwards indicating for her to walk over.
She complied and hugged her father.
It was a hard time.
Aliyah is currently under police custody, and the entire thing broke Y/n.
She kept screaming 'I didn't do it!' as her mom cried watching her daughter get taken by the police.
She didn't do anything.
Y/n knew that, her family knew that, and honestly everyone knew it.
But I guess evidence is evidence, right?
"Did you..."
"Yeah."
She told her father about the notes.
It wasn't easy, oh not at all. Giving your own father notes of some dude talking about wanting to fuck you, she'd rather the man just stab her.
But the guilt was too much for her body to handle. It ripped her inside and out from keeping it to herself.
But she only told her father when the two visited Ethan. She was suspicious of talking in her home about it so she waited until she knew it was safe.
Whenever they talk in the house about it, the two make sure to keep it discreet.
Well, as much as they can.
He reached out to the cops giving them the notes.
The cops reported back and to summarize it, nothing. Yes, handwriting and maybe fingerprints could lead somewhere, but after a day of going through files and files of handwriting from the schools and around. Nothing.
Although, it did leave some confusion since Aliyah was in their custody and Y/n still received notes.
