Stand or Hamon Ability: (If someone already has a stand like this in the anime/manga I apologize, I've just started watching JJBA and I am not that far into it besides part 4) Her stand can travel through time (meaning it can travel between different time zones and travel back to past times in life or present timing. The user can travel to the areas of time (cause of being able to travel to different time zones), she sadly cannot slow time down but likes to set it back in stressful or scary situations when she absolutely has too.

Backstory(maybe):
- She and her family had moved to Morioh Japan when Raven was very young and after her mother had found a well paying job as a school teacher for the Budo-ga Oka Middle & High School, her mother had set her eyes on moving to Japan anyways so she could meet in-person again with an old pen pal from her college years. (Funny enough it's Josuke's mom, who she befriended in college while studying in Japan) Raven started attended a shōgakkō school (elementary school) in town at the age of 7-8
- Years later she starts going to the same school her mother is still teaching at, Morioh High School (which Raven finds a little embarrassing to have her mother teacher as her)
- Raven ends up bumping into Josuke, one night when she sneaks out to go for a walk, Josuke already hanging with his friends, not even fully aware she had a stand, he even notices it before her and asks her about, even though she was completely confused about the situation. He try's explaining as much as he can before she awkwardly steps away from him, still freaked out.
- Raven then ends up bumping into a dangerous stan user, a man who the tries to attack her, Josuke had thankfully noticed the creepy man already start to follow her, to his own dismay he decided to follow to make sure nothing would go wrong, sadly it did and Raven was completely defenseless so Josuke did her the favor of kicking the guys ass and sending him on his way.
- She thanked him and had wanted to repay him, he declined her off. Growing more interested she decided to hang around Josuke more often to get to know him after that.
- Side note for Backstory -
• Josuke walks her home after the incident, after she gets an earful from her mom Raven introduces Josuke to her mother, Phoebe being extremely surprised by her friends son meeting her daughter she immediately goes to talking with Tomoko over the phone the next day with how their children just met.
Other/or Fun facts about them:
- This girl oddly loves to knit, her mother taught her at a young age since for a little while before they had moved  they couldn't afford something's during the winter time so her mother had her maker her own gloves and or fluzzy socks to keep extra warm
- Is a very good swimmer, even tho her brothers a bit jealous cause he can't swim at all and refuses to try to take lessons with fear of embarrassing himself since he's ass grown man
- Likes to go for long walks  to stargaze better at night even though her mother only allows her too when with a friend or older brother (after the killings of Anjuro Katagiri she was still very scared if their might be more people like him that are just under cover.)
