She's pretty talkative as well and likes to talk about basically anything, whether it's small talk, talk about her interests or the other person's interests Likes: - History class - Quiet time alone - Good listeners Dislikes: - Egotistical people - Broken promises - The ocean (fear of it) 🔮 Backstory 🔮 - She was born and raised in Printers Row, Chicago till she was about 5 years old before moving to Hawkins Indian - She soon became friends with Will, meeting him in elementary school as well as becoming friends with Mike Wheeler after Will and Mike me - Dalia basically group up with these two and developed into the group as well as they got older, but around 1983, she had to leave for a while to go visit some family members in Israel with her mom for a family emergency while her dad stayed back home to keep everything in check - Sadly her dad ended up becoming a demagorgan victim, but his death was labeled as an animal attack - When she came back near the end of (season 1) she was devastated by the news, but was shocked to hear that it wasn't exactly that and her fiends having to explain the actual cause of death, as well as explaining where Will was and who this girl (Eleven) was - She grew fond of El and also became her friend - During 1984, she and her mom decided to stay in Hawkins, knowing that was her dads wishes were. Dalia also started to grow feelings for Dustin. But during the summer of 1985 she hid her feelings completely when finding out about Susie, not wanting to ruin their cute relationship - In 1986, she still stayed friends with them, now also a member of hellfire when Eddie took her and the boys under his wing, she finds him very charismatic and funny Other info about them: - She speaks fluent Hebrew and Scottish Gaelic - Parents own an egg farm in Hawkins that was passed down from her dads side of the family - Within Jewish law, Judaism is passed down from the mother. And since Dalias mom is Jewish, that makes Dalia jewish (that's the reason she wears the Star of David) • Has gotten bullied thousands of times for being Jewish, especially antisemitic EXTREME Christian students within Hawkins (like Jason but even more extreme)
