It was the 15th of September, Quidditch tryouts day Melody, Lily and Rose walked down to the Quidditch pitch with James and The Haywood twin (Maya and Kayla). When they got there a 6th year from Gryffindor named Presley yelled "Okay so here is the list that you signed up for you positions on" showing them the list.

"Now there will only be one seeker, one keeper, two beaters and 3 chasers, plus one backup for each" Presley explained. "Don't be sad if you don't make the team this year there is always next year, let the tryouts begin" she yelled
"Seekers, please step forward Lily Potter, Alison Plaspot and Claire Blossom" Presley said "I will let out the snitch one of you have to go find it, I WILL be timing, the person that finds there snitch in the fastest time is our teams new seeker"
Presley let out the snitch for Claire Blossom, she found it in 2.11 minutes, next it was Lily's Turn, She could hear Rose and Melody cheering with some of her maybe future teammates, but as soon as Pressley let out the snitch Lily was focus and concentrate she needed to find the snitch faster than 2.11 seconds, a estimated 35 seconds into her time Lily saw the snitch she raced over to it and caught in in 1.02 minutes. Next and finally it was Alison Plaspot's turn she found it in a time of 3. 43 minutes, "Okay!" Yelled Pressley "Everyone please congratulate our new seeker Lily Potter and our backup Claire Blossom" "I am sorry you didn't make team Alison, but I'm going to need to ask you do leave now" Presley said to Alison quietly as she gloomily walked off the pitch.
"Chasers, Please step forward James Potter, Melody McKaya, Cassie Greenoak, Kayla Haywood, Noah Wools, Rose Granger-Weasley, oh and I'm sorry Lily but you already made the team so you can't try out for chaser" Presley said "it's okay" Lily responded. "Chasers, I am the Keeper so what you will have to be doing is trying to score on me using the least amount of quaffle balls as possible" Presley explained
Presley flew up to the hoops and yelled "James first", James flew up to the hoops and scores in 9 shots, then he flew back down. "Cassie second" Cassie flew up to the hoops and tried to score many times but ended up scoring on the 16th try. "Kayla" Kayla flew confidently up to the hoops, she threw the ball the first time, Pressley blocked, second time blocked, third time blocked, forth time Scored! "Next up, Melody" Presley called, Melody flew up to the hoops and scored on the third try, Rose also scored on the third try. "Lastly, Noah" Presley called from her broom, Noah zoomed up to the hoops and scored on the 7th try, Presley flew back down. "This years chasers for the Gryffindor are Melody McKaya, Rose Granger-Weasley and Kayla Haywood and our back up is Noah wools, " Presley announced "James, you can stay because you singed up for two positions, I'm sorry Cassie but you will have to go" she said quietly, Cassie slowly walked off the pitch.
The tryouts went on for about 30 more minutes then Presley said "I will post the results/our team on the bullion board in the common room at 7pm tonight, see you all later" waving them all goodbye.
"What if we go see the elves, we have not seen them yet and Gon-gal (McGonagall) said we could go say 'Hi' to them" Lily suggested "Okay but just a quick visit, I am going to the library to study from 2-4" Rose said A/N It was currently 1:45 "2 hours of studying!" Melody screamed loud enough so people started staring at them. they walked out of the Quidditch pitch up into the school, past the great hall to the kitchen, Melody knocked. 3 elves named Minty, Chiper and Cook-I answered the door "What can we do for you?" Minty asked the 3 girls "nothing really, we just had 45 minutes till we had to do something so we decided to stop by and get to know some of you" Lily replied "Oh okay, Well your my favorite hu-man in the whole world now" Said Cook-I hugging her, this took Lily by surprise then she said "You are my favorite elf in the whole world". "I really like this one, mel-dy" Minty said pointing to Melody "and I like Wwose" Chiper. "Well we better get going, were headed off to the library but you can always visit us anytime, were in dorm 4 in Gryffindor, okay" Rose said to the elves "Okay" they said and walked back to work.
Rose, Melody and Lily walked to the library and Rose forced them to study for at least 30 minutes but they were all so exited to see who made the team that they couldn't do any work. after they ate the 3 girls ran up to the common room to read what the sign read, it read
