<Jungkook pov>
Jungkook! Come fast! They are about to wrap up the interview and start the main performance" she exclaimed while I was taking out oreo ice-cream pint from the refrigerator.
"Coming!" I grabbed 2 spoons and rushed into the room. She was sitting on the couch, clapping and beaming like a child.
It was an off day. So I came over her place and we decided to watch some random stuff. While changing the channels, she saw BTS on XX channel and she asked me about it. I had completely forgotten about that interview and special collaboration performance with YY girl band that we shot a month ago. I explained her the same and we decided to watch it.
I plopped on the couch beside her and handed over a spoon to her.
"Here, take it."
"Jungkookie~ you are looking so hot in long hair" she said, shoving a big spoon of ice-cream into her mouth. I literally blushed when she complimented me out of the blue.
I pulled her near me by her waist and placed my head in her lap. Her eyes were sticked to the TV and mine, to her. I was gushing over her chubby and smily face when her lips dropped down. I frowned and looked at the TV. One of the members of YY group was dancing with me and yeah, our positions were quite close.
The performance ended after a minute. Y/n switched off the TV and I lifted my head from her lap.
"What happened? Umm... Is everything fine?"
"Y-yeah, Jungkook. I'm.... I'm just a bit tired. I think I should sleep now" she said. She stood uo and turned her feet in the direction of her bedroom when I grabbed her wrist.
"I know something's wrong, y/n. You can say anything that's disturbing you" I said in a concerned tone.
"Nothing..." she yanked her hand out of my hold and went to the bedroom. I sighed. After thinking about the matter for sometime, I stood up and went into her room.
I stood on the threshold to see y/n's back facing the door. She was reading something on her phone. I tiptoed near her to peek into her phone. She was reading some dating rumours about me and that YY member. She was so engrossed in reading that she didn't notice me behind her.
I cleared my throat loudly to shift her attention towards me.
"Oh... Y-you scared me..." she mumbled, keeping her phone aside in a haste.
"I'm sorry but I've already seen what you were reading" I said in a calm tone.
"T-that's okay... y-yeah..."
In the following moment, I grabbed her by her waist and made her stand on the bed.
"W-what are you doing j-jungkook. What i-if I fall" she panicked. I placed my fingers on her lips and shushed her. She was looking down at me and I was lifting my face up such that our faces were close enough to feel each other's breath striking on our philtrum.
"I'll never let my y/nie fall" I whispered. Her eyes brimmed with tears and her lower lip quivered.
"Hey! Shh.... Calm down baby~ I'm here" I cooed, bring one of my hands near her face to caress her cheekbone while other hand was wrapped around her waist.
"J-jungkook... W-why..." she hiccuped and a few tears dripped down on my face.
"Huh?" I frowned in confusion.
"W-why that girl was s-so close to you, haa?" she said, making a cute pout.
"Aww! So my y/nie was jealous ha!?" I bopped her nose and she shook her head.
"No! I-I... I was just...."
"Y/nie, you trust me right?" I said, pulling her face even closer to mine by her chin.
"Hmm..."
"Hun, you know how our work is. On top of that, you know how much I love you. No matter what, I'm always gonna be your Ggukie" I cooed.
She gave her brightest smile. We connected our foreheads and stayed like that for the following few moments, beaming like idiots.
In the same position, I lifted her up from the bed and locked my lips with hers. Her soft lips against mine felt like heaven. I wanted to the time to stop and remain like that with her, forever.
We broke the kiss and looked into each other's eyes, with the same passionate love amd affection.
She leaned towards my right ear and whispered, "I love you Ggukie."
I turned my head in her direction and pecked her cheek saying that I loved her more.
I lied on the bed with her, still in the same position. Her arms were around my neck and mine were around her waist.
"You don't have to keep anything in your heart, hm? Just say it out. I'll always try to understand you" I tucked her hair behind her ear and caressed her back.
"Yeah.. I'll always trust you" she said, placing a hand on my chest.
We kept staring at each other lovingly till we drifted to sleep.
