"... I just hope I get a good OR," Jade heard the last bit of Cristina and Meredith's conversation as they both approached her at the nurse's station in front of the stairs.

Meredith had gotten her job back as quickly as she'd lost it which Jade kept her mouth shut about, but wasn't surprised. Webber took the fall for her about the trial and Meredith was back in her scrubs in no time.

"Is it up yet?" Alex asked, joining them as well.

"Not yet," the three women answered simultaneously.

"Hey, you heard anything about Zola?" He asked Meredith, moving to stand next to Jade.

"I haven't heard anything," Meredith answered as they began walking.

"You will soon," Jade said encouragingly, leaning over as much as she could to smile at her.

"And she's clipping her first aneurysm," Cristina added. "Are you sure you don't want to start with something simpler?"

"Yeah, like juggling chainsaws," Alex added and Jade smirked.

"Oh, thanks. That's helping," Meredith rolled her eyes.

"Is it up yet?" Cristina asked as they approached April and Jackson.

"It's going up right now," April answered.

They all continued walking, approaching the OR board anxiously.

"OR three, yes!" Cristina pumped her fist. "Mm, I love OR three."

"Wait. Bowel resection?" April scrunched her eyebrows. "I thought you had a peds case?" She looked over at Alex.

"I switched last minute," he answered boredly.

"You can't just switch," April reprimanded and Jade sighed.

She listened to them bicker a little bit more, watching closely with a small smile as she watched the nurse write Taylors, J next to the surgeon box.

"Ok, guys," April spoke up again, moving in front of them with her clipboard in hand. "You also start teaching skills labs today. I made up a schedule for the month. It's up on the board in my office."

They all finally looked over at her.

"Your what?" Jade asked, jutting her chin out.

April's eyes widened like she'd let an important secret slip before reluctantly leading them all to her supposed office.

"When did we get this?" Cristina asked incredulously as they walked in and Jackson let out a whistle of appreciation.

"Uh, we didn't. It's for the chief resident, actually," April said but none of them were really listening to her.

"Wow" Jade murmured as she looked around what was actually a really nice office.

"This is good. I can sleep on this," Alex noted, laying down on the green couch April had decorated with pillows.

"Why's my name on this?" Jade asked as she wandered over towards the board April had been talking about earlier.

"These are this months intern skills labs. Each of you has been given one skills lab to teach," April answered, walking over to her.

"Well, I can't teach today," Jade protested, removing the yellow post-it note with her name on it. "I have an ACL repair," she finished, waving the paper on her finger like a little flag.

"Then switch you with one of these guys," April said lowly and turned towards the rest of them who all responded with surgeries of their own. "Guys, come on. I divided these up fairly."
