In the morning I woke up stuff since I fell asleep sitting up since Abby did not return. I think I might have pissed her off too. Jack did not return last night to this room. Heck I do not even know if he came back at all. I look at the door and Jack walks in.
"Sorry if I woke you up." Jack says.
"No, I was awake."
He nods and walks to the closet.
"Jack?"
He stops and turns to me.
"I am sorry about yesterday, but I am not like your kind. I am a human and we barely met yesterday. An to be honest even though I was mostly in my little space during that time, I am still wary of you...."
"I know since.." Jack says.
"Let me finish."
He stays quiet.
"I just meant that I just want to get to know who my soulmate is before I see anything tempting."
"Okay." Jack says.
"Okay as in...."
"Let us get to know each other." Jack says.
Abby walks into the room with Alice and both looks between Jack and myself.
"I will be back later, I just have some Alpha Duties first." Jack says.
I nod and Jack walks into the closet and changes only walking out in light blue jeans and a white shirt. He then nods at Alice and Abby before leaving.
It want not until 3pm when Jack returns walking into the room with a present. He sets it on the end of the bed.
"It is for you mate." Jack says.
I grab it and carefully unwrapped it.
