I woke up when the sun came up since I left the shears closed, but not the curtains. I sat up and see he fell asleep on the couch. He claimed that he wanted to get to know me, but I could tell he was tired a bit. Since I opened my present and screamed from joy Alice and Abby ran in here look alert. When I showed them my gift they looked relieved then happy seeing it is NCIS video game. We played it while he was in the shower, but when he came out of the bathroom he had Alice and Abby leave.

I looked at him again and feel the pull once again. I do not know if it is a normal thing or if it is because I won't let him mark me. Either way I know I am going to ask Alice and Abby if it is or if it is not normal. I sat up and just looked at him. From where I am sitting I can see the bags starting to form under his eyes. I even look over him taking in all of his appearance knowing I would be too shy or too embarsed to do so when he is awake. He has blonde hair, but it is a dark blonde. He has full lips which are pitched into a smile right now. He has a sharp Jawline making him more attractive to me. I can not see his torso or chest since he is covered with a blue blanket, but from his hair and eyebrows I would say he has groom his chest neatly and his happy trail.

"Not that I do not like it, but I can feel you staring Little mate and it is causing my wolf to....."

Alice barges into the room making Jake get up and growl. She ignores him and plops onto the bed. I look at him when he stops growling to see he is walking to the bathroom. To my surprise he is wearing bright pink boxers with hearts on them.

'I wonder who gave him those if he did not buy them.'

"Checking out my brother?" Alice says right when Abby walks in.

This makes him turn around looking at me with hope.

"Um..."

He turns back around and closes the bathroom door.

"Alice!" Abby says like a mom say to her kid when they say something wrong.

Alice just shrugs and we start playing the NCIS game, but unlike yesterday when Jack walked out of the bathroom he did not have the girls leave. He simply walked into the closet and got dressed. He did not even leave his shirt off to just put it on in front of me. To my dismay he walks out of the closet fully dressed and walks out of the room.

It was an hour later that he comes back into the room with a tray full of food which makes Alice's stomach to grumble.

"There is more in the kitchen." Jack says.

He brings me the tray and once it is on my lap I see a note.

"I have to go now, but I will be back no later than 4pm. Alice and Abby will watch you, but if you need me to come back sooner just have them mind link me." Jack says then leaves.

I look around, but I do not see neither Abby or Alice in here.

I can hear dishes moving around and something breaking which means they have to be somewhere near the kitchen. So I just ate the food and then read the note.

My love, my life I wish to know everything about you. So when I get back I have set up a picnic just for the two of us. I am truly sorry I had to leave early today, but duty calls. Until later my love.
Your mate Jack Dylan Ramona.

I put the note down and finished eating before Abby walks into the bedroom then Alice.

After we finished the level and Abby helps me use the restroom I knew I had to ask them. So once I am back on the bed I blurt the question out.

"Is it normal to feel a pull to your mate, like a physical pull?"

Both Abby and Alice looks at me shocked, but Abby answers.

"Yes, but only when you do not complete the mate bond immediately." Abby says with a half smile.

"Why?" Alice asks now seeming to recover.

"This morning I felt it and I just wanted to know if it was normal or not."

"Oh!" Alice says then looks at Abby for a while like they are talking telepathically.

After a while they turned and we finished playing the game until 3pm when Abby and Alice helps me get ready for the picnic. When 4pm came around I was so nervous and I did not understand why. When Jack walked into the bedroom he was holding a at least a half dozen red roses.

"Are those for me?"

"Yes, my little mate." Jack says.

"Thank you."

He walks to me and let's me smell them before putting them in a vase.

"Are you ready for our picnic?" Jack asks.

"Where is it going to be?"

"In our back yard." Jack says.

"How am I going to get down there?"

"I can carry you..." Jack says and his eyes turn a shade darker.

"I do not have a choice if I want to go on our picnic, do I?"

"Well I do have crutches for you....." Jack says a bit sad.

"I rather you carry me then."

Jack looked surprised and happy, but once he tried picking me up he accidently touched my stitches making my yelp in pain. That is when the happiness washed away and was replaced by regret and something else. He put me down and is about to leave.

"Jack please!"

He turns around and looks at me.

"I am okay, just let me help you help me."

He nods and walks back to me. Once he was by the bed he grabs hold of my good side and allows me to lift my bad side before he slides his arm under.
