Neil Perry=

-You were purely stressed and overthinking. Nothing new. But this time, it was much stronger. Typically you could comfort yourself and talk yourself down from freaking out, but this time... you couldn't

-You were with Neil. He was reading and you were just sitting with him in comfortable silence. That was until you began hearing your heartbeat in your ears. You felt as if you were watching yourself, like you were an actor in a movie and your conscious was the one watching the movie. Derealization. You didn't know what that was at the occurrence of this panic attack so you began freaking yourself out even further. You grabbed a fist full of Neil's sweater and exploded in tears.

-"Neil- Neil... Neil, I think..." Neil saw what was happening with you. He remembered when it happened to him. He remembered what he felt. Then he remembered what he wanted to feel and wanted to hear. He got off of his bed and kneeled on the floor beside it. He swung you in a certain way so you were sitting facing him and your legs were hanging off of the bed. He grabbed your hands, telling you to breath.

-"Concentrate on my breathing. I'm here. You're okay. Everything is fine. You're real, you're here, you're present." He explained. He then removed your cardigan, remembering how hot he felt during his panic attack and how it made him feel worse. He did a 5-3-8 breathing technique with you. You felt like everything was closing in on you. But, Neil was going through it with you. That made you feel way better

-Once you caught your breath, you slowly made yourself stop crying. Neil rubbed your tears and took your to the bathroom, tapping your eyes and under eyes with a rag. The rag was covered in cold water, so it felt really nice. It also helped reduce how red your eyes were. Now that you looked a bit better, you felt a bit better

-Neil asked what you needed in that moment. All you said was a hug. He laughed and pulled you into a warm comforting and tight hug. You buried your head in his shoulder and in his chest. He ran his fingers through your hair and swayed with you a bit

-You guys then went back to his room and talked about what you felt during the attack. Neil asked because he wanted to know how to help you better in those situations and he just wanted to feel closure to you. So for some closure, he held your hand and let you talk about how you felt and what you needed, occasionally kissing your forehead and the top of your hand. He was completely loving and purely kind

Todd Anderson=

-FAMILY PARTYYY AGAINNN BECAUSE YOUR RICH PARENTS ARE ANNOYINGGG!!! But family parties always meant the Andersons were invited, which meant Todd was coming. So you were super excited! But then you also found out that your parents were inviting Mr. Nolan and his wife for some reason. You didn't like Mr. Nolan. He made you feel nervous and made you get all overwhelmed. You were scared that he would judge you or your family tonight and then take it out on your schooling career, making your life and your associates life a living hell. The thought alone made you start hyperventilating. But you buried the anxiety for as long as you could

-Dinner was being served. You were quiet the entire night, even quieter than Todd. You hid behind him the entire night and didn't lift your head. You just thought and thought and thought 'Mr. Nolan is here'. So when you sat down for dinner, your parents to your left and Todd on your right, you could feel Mr. Nolan occasionally looking up from his plate at you. You felt your stomach turning. You felt your hand shaking, making it much harder for you to cut up your dinner. You then felt fear. Fear and only fear. Fear of dying, fear of freaking out at the dinner table, fear of... everything
