Weaknesses: The user can't control what quirk they get, & each quirk has some type of drawback. The user doesn't automatically know what quirk they get.

Sample Character: After being ridiculed for having a weird quirk, a shy girl decides to take advantage of her quirk's randomness by committing crimes with quirks she knows she'll probably never get again, mainly targeting her bullies.
