                          Description: Allows the user to be able to let out high pitched noises in order to see what's in front of them when it's dark.
                          Weaknesses: Other loud noises can disrupt the quirk, & the user has enhanced hearing.
                          Position: Villain
                          Sample Character: A mysterious girl who works in the night to hunt civilians wandering around & take most of their money. She then uses some of the money to upgrade her gear, donating the rest to small charities.
