Name: Hallucinogen
Description: Allows the user to release a sweet-smelling gas that causes whoever smells it to start to hallucinate what they fear the most or their biggest regret. If the user concentrates, they can see what a person is hallucinating about.
Weaknesses: The gas disappears quickly, though the hallucinations linger a few minutes after the person stops smelling it. Overuse causes the user to hallucinate & the people hallucinating can react to the hallucinations violently & cause harm to those around them.
Position: Villain
Sample Character: An insane boy who attacks his classmates after enduring years of bullying decides to go after people like his bullies & those who pick on others for the fun of it. He ends up going after Bakugou but accidentally causes a few other members of Class 1-A to start to hallucinate as well.
