Name: Solidifying Steam
Description: Allows the user to create steam to use as a cover, & as a platform. They can slightly use it as a shield, but it only slows the thing coming at them down.
Weaknesses: The user can create steam at the cost of lowering their moisture levels(?), & only they can use it as a platform/staircase, others phase through it. They can take moisture from other things/people, but it is highly risky as they don't know how much they are taking.
Position: Pro Hero (In Training)
Sample Character: An imaginative with a calm yet crazy attitude girl who got into the hero course by disabling the robots while moving in a cover of steam. When not in classes, she can often be seen talking with Hatsume about different ideas they could use to make new gear, as she loves to make random projects in her spare time. After making it to the second stage of the sports festival, she quits with Ojiro & Shoda. She becomes good friends with Shinsou & Aoyama afterward, & goes to intern with (Insert Random Hero Here).
Extra Info: Random thought I had while making this, the hero name could be: The SteamPunk Hero: Hirokazu.
