Description: Allows the user to be able to jump up towards a wall & walk on it, as well as the ceiling. They can also stick objects on the wall or ceiling.
Weaknesses: They get dizzy if they use it for too long. They have to jump towards the surface.
Position: Villain
Sample Character: A loud, social girl who you would never expect to be a villain. She hides her real quirk & pretends she can only stick objects on surfaces. She uses her quirk to steal information from her targets, then sells that information away. She uses that money to support her family since her mother's in the hospital sick.
