Description: Allows the user to cause people to agree with them as long as the person already agrees at least a little bit.
Weaknesses: If the other person doesn't agree at all, it has no effect. It doesn't work over recordings, & depending on how much they agree in the first place, the longer the user has to use their quirk.
Position: Villain
Sample Character: A clever girl who kidnaps pros & tries to turn them into villains. She succeeds a lot &, after she's captured, manages to convince the people who captured her to let her go.
