Name: Paralyzing Touch
Description: Allows the user to paralyze any part of something when they touch it with all five fingers. The user is immune to the effects. The part paralyzed can't experience any pain, though it can get injured.
Weaknesses: It only lasts up to thirty minutes, & it only affects the part they touched, an example being if they touched someone's hand, only the hand would be paralyzed.
Position: Civilian
Sample Character: The husband of a doctor well known in the hero community, he works alongside his lover & numbs anything that may experience pain during surgery & the likes, acting as an anesthetic of sorts.
