Weaknesses: They can't do anything to people who haven't done anything to others. They can't automatically see all of the things someone has done.

Sample Character: A calm boy who targets violent heroes & gives them a taste of their own medicine ends up being labeled as a Stain fanboy.
Extra Info: Kinda short, but it was kinda hard to describe. I read a story a while ago where the main character had this power, but I can't remember what it was called. If you're confused, basically, if someone punched someone else at some point, the user would be able to punch the person who threw the punch. In other words, if someone killed someone else, the user would be able to kill the killer.
