Name: Emotional Influence
Description: Allows the user to influence the emotions of someone within 10 feet of them. They can either increase or decrease an emotion the other person is already feeling, or they can plant a new emotion, though the person isn't affected as much when experiencing an emotion they weren't already feeling.
Weaknesses: The effect wears off quickly, & the user can't influence the same emotion twice back to back. Influencing emotions can lead to unexpected actions from the other person.
Position: Pro Hero
Sample Character: An extroverted girl who uses her quirk to make villains fear her, & to make civilians feel calm & safe.
