Poem 40

"Destined?"

The day when I started doing poetry,
It's all about love stories,
It's about the two of us,
But now, it's been changed by sadness

We parted our ways,
You go left while I always go right,
I asked myself, "Why do I even have to do this?"
And no one answered, "It's better for the both of us"

I talked to myself all night,
Weeping until the sun's up.
Eyes were swollen from crying,
'Til I feel heavy

Inside, I may hide all my pains,
Outside, I may show my smiles,
But when I'm all alone,
I started to cry about me

This isn't me anymore,
I've been blinded by your love.
The love that I didn't expect you to have.
To have that I mustn't receive.

Now that we're on separate parts,
Always know that I'm going to guide you in many ways,
Even if you're far from me,
Doesn't have any connections to me,

I will do my best to wait for you.
Until the day we'll meet again,
Fate will do it all again,
We're destined to each other right?
