Poem 11

"Hey, what's up?"

Hey, what's up?
A new thing to change?
Aw, I want you to reverse,
If only I have a time machine

How are you though?
Good enough?
Then that's good to hear,
If not, I'm just here.

Do not think you're alone,
I'm just here on your side,
I'll take you with me,
I will guard you until on your last breath

Any last wishes?
For birthday celebrants?
Or for some sort of event?
But for all of us, I thank you for being part of our lives

I want you to promise,
Promise me that you'll do something
good in the future,
Promise me you won't ruin it
Nor others will do it

I want you to keep it,
Keep it a secret
It's just you and me,
While staring at the sky up above

Don't tell anyone,
That we're standing here,
In the middle of the sea,
Telling about our lives

So don't be shy telling it,
Because one day, you'll wake up in
an empty bed,
Thinking that you no one's there,
You have me.

Be proud of yourself,
Tell it to me so you can let it out
So I'm telling you,
"Hey! What's up?"
