Hyunjin's POV

"Why is she here?"

"It's been a long time" Minho greeted

Everyone in the room was staring at me and kept talking like I wasn't here. These students really don't have an interesting life that they kept bothering with mine. They were always like that but they weren't aware of what disease I have. Luckily, I am cured and hoping for a healthy life in the future.

"It's good that your Mom and Dad let you go to school after your operation" Chan said and kept eating the chocolate "Usually, it takes 6 months before you fully recovered from the heart transplant"

"4 to 6 months, I recovered after 4 months and stayed in the hospital for 1 month for observation"

Yup, I recovered after 4 months. I was getting better as the day goes by with my parents' care and all the workers in our hospital's words for me to be motivated. I did my best to recover quickly because I badly want to get out of there as soon as possible. I feel like I'm getting even more sick if I will stay there for another year which I always do and ended up home schooling. Then, my parents told me that I should stay there for another month and be observed if I am good to go or not. I don't really want to, but I have to.

"You missed a lot of notes but don't worry. We got you" Changbin said and pointed to Seungmin's locker "Seungmin got all the notes that you need-"

"Not all. I told you I'm incomplete and you should ask Jeongin since their class has an advantage" Seungmin

"Don't expect anything from Jeongin. He is not the type of person to write down notes and oranize it" Felix

"Not Jisung as well" Changbin

"Oh, their friend will do. She really has higher grades and impressed our school owner by joining a contest, joined by other schools as well. She won effortlessly" Chan

"That girl earlier?"

"Hmm. She is Moon Miyuki" Chan

"When did she enter here?"

"About five months?" Changbin

"Hello there!" Jisung shouted as he entered our classroom

"Do you have anything to give us?" Jeongin asked and sat beside Minho

"I didn't go to states. I stayed in the hospital"

"That was a joke hahaha" Jeongin

"How are you? Are you okay?" Jisung asked worriedly

"I'm fine. I won't be here if I am not"

Jisung rolled his eyes "You ungrateful jerk. I am visiting you from time to time and giving you healthy food"

"Thanks for that"

"So, what were you all talking about?" Jeongin

"Hyunjin missed some notes, Seungmin's notes were incomplete and none of us wrote down notes. We suggested your class since you guys have an advantage and obviously you two weren't really writing down. So, we mentioned Moon Miyuki" Changbin

"Ah, Miyuki? She has a lot of notes. We're always copying her notes and it was organized" Jeongin

"Yeah, you should ask her... But do you know Miyuki?" Jisung

"No"

"She said you guys met at the hospital 5 months ago" Jisung

"When did she got in here?"

"5 months ago after you got hospitalized" Jeongin

"Told you" Changbin

She entered 5 months ago and that was the exact month we also met at the hospital. She introduced herself by Yuki only not her real name. It was also confusing that she was in the floor for VIP when I am the only patient there, then my parents' private room when they are staying overnight. I also asked my parents if there is a patient there with me but I was the only one.

"Why do you ask? Did you guys met there?" Jeongin

"No, I wouldn't ask if I know her"

"You have a point" Felix

"She was having a hard time on her first day here since her boyfriend just passed away one week ago before she enrolled here" Jeongin

That caught my attention.

"Her boyfriend? She has a boyfriend?"

"Yup, he passed away due to car accident. The doctors said it was too late and they weren't able to save him since he lost a lot of blood" Jisung

If her boyfriend passed away one week before she entered this school that was days before we met. Why did she reasoned out that she thought she was in her boyfriend's room when she clearly know that her boyfriend passed away? She confused me. She lied to me.

"And she kept mentioning what kind of a man that guy is. We are also amazed by how that guy treats Miyuki as if she was a princess" Jeongin

"That probably explains why she never talked to the two of you on her first week?" Felix

"Obviously" Minho

"I'm glad she is recovering from her boyfriend's passing away. That must've been hard for him since she loves him so much and she won't forget the way he treats her" Seungmin

"She mentioned that her boyfriend was rushed to your parents' hospital. That's probably why she kept insisting that you guys met" Jeongin

"But do you know what's the crazy part? Her boyfriend signed a paper that he will be donating his heart-" Jisung

"What?" Chan

"Hmm. He was able to sign the papers but the doctors said they weren't able to save him. How is that possible? Not unless they were lying" Jisung

As I heard them, I felt my heart started aching as if it was me...
