Chapter 7

Monday came. Bokuto and I haven't texted each other after my sudden confession. But, Bokuto managed me to take home safely after we ate ice cream. 

I walk to my school while listening to music. 

Everything is normal for them, but for me, I am scared to face Bokuto because it is awkward or Bokuto has a distance from me. 

I sat down on my seat as I rest my head on the table while facing the windows. It's a sunny day. Good for me, I don't have an umbrella. 

I sigh and put my palm on my chin while looking at the window. 

"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Someone shouting behind me.

I put down my earphones and look who it is. 

It is Bokuto. 

"Uhm...Hey." I greet back.

"I'm sorry for making you feel awkward after that incident." Bokuto said and pull a chair beside me. 

I wait for him to sit down to talk. 

"It's ok. I'm sorry too. Please, forget about that." I said and sighs. 

"Why? Your feelings are valid." Bokuto tilts his head to face me. 

"Besides, the feelings are mutual." Bokuto hide his blush with his palm from me. 

I laugh and grab his hands to put it down.

Now, this is a rare sight for me, Bokuto blushing because of me. 

"Eh?? Really??" I teased Bokuto. 

Someone from the outside of the classroom suddenly cheered.

"Go for it, Captain!" Konoha said.

"He finally confessed?" Washio asks Akaashi. 

"He did it." Akaashi said. 

I look back at Bokuto who's now on the edge of having an emo mode. 

I touch his face and make him look at me. 

"Really?" I ask again.

"Yes. It's not a joke." Bokuto said. 

I smile at him and the bell rang. 

After school, I look at the students who have an umbrella to protect them from the rain.

"Curse you weather!" I shouted with full of frustration. 

I look at my wristwatch and it's almost my ship for my part-time job.

"Crap! I'm going to be late at my part-time job!" I said walking back and forth. 

Someone tapping my shoulder. I don't have time to look who it is so I keep removing the hands who are tapping me. 

"Don't disturb me. I'm thinking right now." I grumpy said.

"Hey. I think you need me." Bokuto said. 

I look at Bokuto full of shock.

"I do, but I need an umbrella first." I said while butting my thumb nail. 

Bokuto show me his gray umbrella. 

"Let me walk you to your part-time job." Bokuto offers.

I nodded.

Minutes have passed and we finally reached the shop of my part-time job.

"You're wet. I'm sorry about that." I said. 

"That's ok." Bokuto said with a smile.

I bow my head to him.

"Thank you again." I said. 

Bokuto walks towards the automatic sliding door.

"See you tomorrow, my lady." Bokuto winks at me with a flying kiss.

I catch his flying kiss and gives him a flying kiss back. 

"Silly! Take care!" I said waving my hand. 

After hours on my ship, I noticed something in my skin while putting supplies on the shelf. 

"Red spots? Did I eat something that I have an allergy to?"

I look at my arms.

"They will be gone soon." I said and continue putting supplies on the shelf.
