I-LAND

The applicants started to say their temporary farewell to the applicants heading to Ground while the passed ones went to I-LAND.

Yuji went to Hanbin first and patted his back, but Hanbin hugged her instead that made her a bit flustered.

''thank you for voting me,'' he said in between a hug

''There is still a chance, let's meet together at I-LAND,'' she replied with a nod

the other applicant is having a hard time leaving because they have to leave their unit team member behind. Luckily Yuji and Daniel passed together.

''THE ENTRANCE TEST IS OVER THOS WHO HAVE PASSED MAY ENTER THE GATE AND PROCEED THE I-LAND'' they heard a voice

Yuji constantly breathed as she enters inside. She last looks at the applicants that are not going with them, curiosity occupied her mind, and began to feel eager about passing all the test. She gazes at daniel, who stared inside in awe.

'he must debut with me,' she thought.

She stood beside Daniel in the egg-shaped that tilts towards the real I-LAND. All of them gasp in awe. They cannot hide their excitement; they all look around as if it was no tomorrow. It was a massive space with thirteen seats surrounded in front of a large practice room. 

Yuji's smile fades away as she counts the number of the given seats, there are only thirteen available, but they are more than the capacity.

 ''Does that mean we're going to eliminate?'' she mumbled herself

''what do you mean?'' Jungwon asked. She turned to him. 

''it's nothing,'' Yuji responded quickly. She doesn't want to give someone a dilemma; Jungwon just nodded. 

''A PLACE WHERE THE MOST ADVANCED IDOL STAR ARE BORN'' a voice suddenly  spoke

''THIS IS I-LAND'' they all clap their hands in joy, they were all fascinated by the sight of I-LAND

on the other hand, Yuji's eyes became a bit watery remembering her late twin brother 

'he should be the one who's here, he promised me to reach his dream, he wanted to make me proud, he wanted to establish that his decision was right and he became part of my purpose I will always make you proud Haruto.  you did great, and I will always remain as your number one fan'

''Why are you crying?'' Daniel innocently asked her, she rolled her eyes at him for asking a stupid question

''I'm not'' 

''yes you ar- '' Daniel stopped when he felt Yuji's glared ''you're not'' he said instead

''FOR ALL OF YOU WHO ARE DREAMING TO DEBUT, I-LAND WILL PROVIDE EVERYTHING GROUP PRACTICE ROOM, PERSONAL PRACTICE ROOM, RECORDING STUDIO FITNESS CENTER. FACILITIES ALL NECESSARY NEEDED  FOR AN IDOL TRAINEES, ACCOMMODATION WITH A KITCHEN, BEDROOMS AND ITEM ROOMS'' a male voice spoke, once again

they can not wait to see those mentioned things to see with their own eyes, they were all amazed in sync as they never experience this before.

''ALL THESE CUSTOMISED ARE ONLY FOR 13 PEOPLE WHICH IS THE MAXIMUM OF I-LAND'' the expressions of each applicant were unreadable, they suddenly realized that they came to I-LAND knowing that's the way it is

''IF YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THE 13 YOU WILL BE RELEASED TO THE GROUND SPACE FOR DROPOUTS, STARTING NOW, IN ORDER TO MATCH THE CAPACITY WE WILL EXECUTE THE NEXT STAGE. YOU WILL PERFORM ANOTHER VOTING TO DECIDED ON THE FOUR MEMBERS TO BE ELIMINATED''

 Yuji rolled her eyes in disbelief, she did not expect this game to be this harsh she thinks that it is unfair for those who performed well but will just receive votes to go to the ground. the others are also not in favor to vote to drop out but they have to do it in order to debut.

''THE VOTING WILL PROCEED IN TWO HOURS'' the male voice said clearly, leaving the applicants in disappointment, their reactions quickly changed into sadness 

[yuji] I guess this is meant to happen, we have to be strong to reach our goals

they all began to roam around at I-LAND except for Yuji who just decided to go to the kitchen to find her favorite mango milk, she thinks that it's useless to look around if she'll just get eliminated even though there are so many things to explore, she chose not to get used to it.

[yuji] I feel distressed about voting later, that's why I preferred to eat whatever I want in the pantry instead of wandering around, I am..... honestly fine with going to the ground, but I also think that I deserve a spot here.

she was about to grab the only mango flavor available when Sunoo grab in sync brushing their fingers together

she turned to him, ''I grabbed it first''

''What are you talking about I got it first'' he told her with his face pouting.

''it yours then'' she said in defeat and took the strawberry one instead even though she hated it the most

''Gomawo[thanks]'' he replied ''by the way I'm SUNOO, Kim sunoo'' he introduces

''I'm Yuji'' she simply said, sipping to her strawberry milk

''I know'' he smiled, ''my sister is a huge fan of you when you were still at 'WORL OF DANCE', she told me to get your sign before I leave, I mean when I got eliminate'' he said in a bitter smile

''What makes you think you'll get eliminate?'' Yuji asked nonchalantly, sipping on her mango milk

Sunoo looked around and leaned slightly before saying something, ''I overheard some people here will vote me out because I look like I am not competent enough''

Yuji's eyes widened in incredulity, she cannot believe what she heard, she somehow became concerned about him and just stared at him

''I knew this from the start'' he just laughs it off

''Yuji chan'' Daniel shouted again running towards her echoing the whole place, earning a chuckle from other applicants

''stop that, you're embarrassing me'' Yuji scolds

''wh- why? I used to call y- '' Yuji immediately covered his mouth, shushing him from saying anything 

''you guys are like siblings'' Sunoo commented, which earn a grin from Daniel

''did you guys already decided on who to vote?'' Seon suddenly spoke, appearing out of the blue, the three of them turned to him

''I wasn't putting too much attention on that actually'' Daniel said casually, shrugging his shoulders 

''oh, is that so? I heard you're a former soccer player'' he turned to Yuji ''wow, you are surprisingly tall, you don't need to feel uncomfortable around us, don't worry about us being all boys'' he chortled, Yuji just nodded and slightly smiled at him

''Woah, He's so handsome'' Daniel awed when Heesung drank water, heesung turned in their direction hearing his name cluelessly ''don't mind me, just watching'' he added, that made other applicants from laugh 

Yuji looked around and observed the faces of each applicant she realized that she was surrounded by good-looking people.
