The Only Exception.

Questions and concerns.

I stood against the wall near my sister's locker annoyed as she approached me. "About fucking time." I groaned."im starving." I complained.

"You're are always hungry." Violet pointed out with a chuckle as she got her bag.

"Yeah. So" I shrugged as we walked out of the building.

"So how was your day?" She sang with a huge smile on her face.

I looked over at her weirdly wondering where this happiness was coming from. "What has you on cloud nine." I questioned.

She continued to smile.

"Okay we keeping secrets now?" I asked.

"Okay fine I'll tell you." She smiled.

"You know those new kids from lunch right." She began.

I nodded

"I have 2 classes with prodigy." She smiled. "He's so cute." She fan girled.

I chuckled. "Awww someone has a crush." I teased.

"And I also got his number." She smirked.

I high fived her approvingly as we approached the house.

"Oh yeah, dad wants us to help him out with this boy band he's trying to sign." I told her.

"Boy band?" She questioned.

"Yeah." I shrugged. "They're new to mission hills and he wants us to make them feel welcome blah blah blah." I said rolling my eyes.

"Woah do you think it's prodigy and his friends?" Violet asked.

I scrunched my eyebrows together as I thought for a moment.

"Well dad said this band only had four members." I pointed out. "There is five of prodigy and his friends." I explained.

She nodded. "Right."

Soon as we came into the house I went straight for the kitchen. "I'm going to die in about 5 seconds from starvation." I shouted.

My dad chuckled. "Calm down savage." He told me." iv ordered 3 large pizzas, some wings and soda." He said." it should be here in a few."

"Why so much food?" I questioned.

"Remember our plan we discussed." He asked.

I nodded.

"Well here is where it begins. Your mom and I are going to have dinner with their managers and while we are gone, the band is going to stay here so all of you can bond and get to know each other what ever it is that you kids do." Dad explained. "Please don't not let me down." Dad stressed out.

"You have my word." I assured him.

The sound of the car horn sounded throughout the house.

"They're here." Mom announced slipping into her shoes.

Dad sent me another desperate look before leaving out of the house.

I rolled my eyes as I waited for the boys to come inside.

The first person my eyes locked onto is prodigy with his perfect smile. "Oh my god!" Violet exclaimed hugging him.

"Wait, you guys are the band?" I questioned. "How? Dad said it was only four of you."

"Well there is only four in mindless behavior. Diggy is a solo artist." Roc explained.

I nodded understanding as the doorbell sounded again.
