i'm sorry for always causing problems with you i'm going through badly with my parents and their toxic relationship i hope you can forgive me.

so from that i'm guessing everything is better between us.
"what you thinking about?" mykel said interrupting my thoughts.
"mirah, she's so two faced" i said softly sighing
"just now realizing?" mykel replied going on his phone
i just sent him a glare. -
"thank you!" i said to the starbucks cashier as he handed me my drinks.
i turned around and gave one to hailey.
"i heard about what's going on with mari and mykel" hailey said i was we sat down on a bench.
we were currently in downtown new york just to get away from our side of new york.
"i bet she told the whole block." i said shaking my head
"well not like think about it you need a break" hailey said smiling softly
"yeah" i said nodding "i've never been happier for the winter" i said changing the topic
"i'm just ready for christmas in the city" hailey said
"yeah, and so everybody will be in the house and not outside starting shit" i said
"that too" hailey said.
- i walked into my apartment feeling the cool ac hitting my face and the loud blast of music.
i swear we're going to get a noise complaint.
"mom! turn it down" i said laughing
"hello to you too mae" she replied turning it down
"mirah was over here looking for you" she said as i slipped my shoes off
"why..." i said with suspicion in my voice
"i don't know just text her when you get a chance" she said going back into her room
i sighed going into mine. i wasn't in the mood to deal with nobody! not even myself i just wanted to sleep.
——- i missed this book so much i had to come back :) macei and hailey r gonna be really close might be some lgbtq but in the end we all want macei and mykel so that's what i'm gonna give y'all! here's a lil short chapter but ily!
